How to clean PM off leaves in 4th week of flower???

Ok, I need to desperately keep these leaves clean of any PM for the next 4 weeks. I know I can not completely get rid of it at this point, but I want to keep the leaves and bud clean as much as possible...I am 4 in and 4 to go!! I used some Magic Green from House & Garden, but it burned the pistils...Its supposed to be beneficial bacteria to help counter PM and pests.

So what is 100% safe to use the last few weeks and the best method to apply the treatment?

Currently my issues is that I had to add a few extra plants in the beginning of flowering and now I am paying for it...I added some small circulation fans on the floor and have them blowing up through the canopy for more air flow and I rotate them daily. Next time, less plants for sure!

Any advice or input is greatly appreciated!!

glad I told you in your other thread.

you even quoted me and said " I am going to fix the enviroment so I don't have to treat the PM"

and now you start a new thread about killing PM?

youngens these days man...

Yea, I know I added the fans and I can do anything about the extra plants at this point....Next time I wont have the extra plants and will have extra fans for ventilation, therefore fixing the environment. But that doesn't clean and kill the spores that are already there...I am looking for a safe way to clean them and keep them that way for a few more weeks....and again my environment will be in check next grow and I wont be dealing with PM per my last thread. SO thanks again for chimming in Pops! :)

Additionally, I am 4 weeks into flower and I am not looking at changing the Blueberry taste and my organics to a fishy taste in anyway....

Personally, I wouldn't smoke any thing treated by Eagle 20. Its just me but anything that kills dollar spot in the lawn ain't smokable imho.
Myself I would use Neem it's organic come from a tree. It has been found to work on PM, rust, mites and a litany of other things. Nothing in Neem has been found to harm mammals ie: us, it is used in aryurvedic medicine in India. Iuse it in the veggie garden and every where else I want to kill mites, aphids rusts etc.:dance013:

Try using Greencure with RO or distilled water. The Cal/mag in tap water is
a buffer against the Potassium Bicarb.

In addition to a better environment, try a foliar spray of tap water of ph 10 or greater. Some people include soap to better absorb in the leaves. The alkaline water will make the leaves inhospitable for PM.

FWIW, I have been using greencure as it was highly recommended in a thread. I am not that impressed, I have to spray every 7 days, it starts showing up by 4.

I havent tried it, but I am looking at this product after Krunchbubble recommended it:

I was looking for Greencure today, but there aren't any local shops that carry it. I would be a little scared of the Eagle 20 at this stage...Thanks for the input!!!!!

Yea I was thinking about neem, what brand do you like to use? Do you make sure to cover the entire plant 100%? I was just curious if the wet bud would add to the RH while the lights were off & and I can't do it while the lights are on, right?

Nice!! Thanks!

Do you think straight filtered water would work? I don't have an official RO machine. Thanks!!

Procure 480sc The grape growers here in the willamette valley use a lot of this stuff. It's like 4 drops to the quart.

I'll have to check into that when I can get better prepared!! Thanks!!!

Yea I've heard of ph 8 water as well...I was thinking baking soda solution...

Do you think if there is a few too many plants for the 5x5 space, I should take a few out a leave them outside on the back porch? I have a porch overhang that would keep them out of the random rain and spring is right around the corner...Just a thought. Not sure if it would be better to have the yield of all the plants and risk more issues with airflow and canopy light penetration or take a few out and leave them outside in the elements and risk them going to shit anyway from being outside too early in the season...lesson learned either way, less plants is much better. Thanks again everyone!!

greencure once every ten.

How late into flowering do you apply this stuff? How much do you coat them each time when you do? Also do you apply right after lights out? I am wondering if the added moisture adds to the RH and PM issues. Thanks again for your input!!!!

I wouldnt touch 'em with neem at this point - no way unless you want buds that taste like that shit smells...and it will. Try to order the greencure, until then...I gave you some other links (your other thread...the "too many plants" thread) 1) that will have some homemade versions with baking soda to use until it arrives. 2) One of the threads is dedicated to greencure, its usage, precautions, etc so that Phillthy doesnt have to write it all out - its already there FR.

All the discussion about what to do through veg, and neem, and innoculation...none it matters now as you need to protect that crop. No oils at this point (well, maybe a little zero tolerance up to two weeks out), gotta be a high alkaline product that breaks down quickly and easily in light/air, and cant poison/taste/residual anything in the buds.

Good luck and please keep us posted.

whelp, good news then.

I sprayed another plant up to a week before harvest.
zero fishy taste. Matter of fact the hash oil from the trim tastes about as good as I have made. The trim got the brunt of the spray too.

maybe try it... 4 weeks in is way early enough.

try it on one plant if you are worried. Betcha like it.
