Yeah, a couple of years ago, someone bought the house next door & turned it into a rental.

The first renters weren't too noisy but I did have to call 'Animal Control' on them for staking-out their pit bull in the back yard with a piece of tow chain & no water or shade in 100+ heat!

The second one's were worse. I saw them shooting-up in the back yard while they were moving in! I went over and introduced myself & told them I was a retired narcotics officer, & I like things quiet. They moved out the next month!

just shoot them with a pellet gun whenever they are keeping you up! just find a nice gun with scope and crack your window open and shoot into the night!

Best thing is to figger out how to put 10-12 dead raw shrimp into their curtain rods.....they will never find them, the stench of crustacean death vapours will make them move out pretty quick....and when they do...













.....they take the curtain rods with them....hee hee hee
