I'm out of the hospital for MAJOR back surgery. (major meaning my back) I'm a hard as nails old grunt I don't have a bad back.
Here it is-Activity restrictions: NO-driving, heavy lifting-over 10 LBS., Showers, stairs, tub, and lastly NO INTERCOURSE. Can you believe that we've hardly said a word between use. Is is OK if she would talk and I listen or the other way around? And what about that part about not lifting over 10 LBS, Shoot fire My ladies is getting tried of holden it for me, but she is getten a pretty good muscle tone. Y'll please help me thanks.

I had a friend once who had back surgery. She grabbed onto a dog to keep it from running out the door. Messed all that surgery up worse than it was before.

If you had to go through surgery, do what they tell you to do. Or you will wind up worse.

Sex should be fine if you lay on your back and get the old lady to ride.
