HYDRO Grow in PC (POSSIBLE? )

I wonder if it´s possible to grow with hydro in a computer ?
My computer is an almost hightower, so its quite high and large

So i wonder if it´s possible and if maybe someone already did that...

if you have some tips of a possible setup for my grow and maybe it there is a guide or something that have´nt found... of would appriciate that!

Hey.I have grow plants now in a pc case.Not hydro.It's good but when the plant start to take height you should take it to a bigger box.This is my opinion.Cause if you flow it there you won't take so much yield like a box of 1.80 height.But you can take your own weed and don't pay..You choose.

sounds good but i want to do it kind of stealth otherwise if i could i would do it in a bigger box but right now i can´t...
how about SOG in the computer? does it work ? Some experience of SOG ?

We have tried tiny setup like this and always found that the $$$ to grow/harvest ratio just don't add up. why pay 100-300$ for a setup that AT BEST will produce .5oz of product (if you're lucky). If you choose to move forward with the project be sure to look into strains that will stay REALLY low to the ground.

yeah maybe the harvest will be small but i want to try something for my self and not for selling it i at least want to try and see how that would work some strains you would recommend ??

I've seen people grow AI (aurora indica) successfully in SOG/ >2' grows and they have turned out fairly potent meds. Again not much weight but it was good quality.

I used to do this, but not in a PC case, it was a speaker box, a little bigger. What I used to do was have a tiny rubbermaid act as the plant tray, and have a remote reservoir that could be next to the unit, or on a shelf underneith, etc. Put a small pump in the res, pump up through tubing to the plant tray. Drain through a seperate line back to the res. It worked really good I used it for a full year before moving and stepping up. Used it with a 150 with a lexan/plastic heat shield and pc fan exhaust. Usually ran two ladies of different strains (clones only!!!) and netted about 1.5z per lady. Good luck!!

yeah i know that the grow would´nt give so much but i want to try and see and the quality gone be good but as i said the plant/ plants not gone to give so much

okey, i saw some speaker box project but i dont have access to some bigger speaker box and i dont want to buy it either do you have some pictures/ link to your grow? so i can see how you did and what decisions you made?

All I will say is I started to attempt this, but PH was a nightmare. If you can hook up a larger rez that connects, it could work. Temps are a bitch.

I'm sorry I did have pics, but my encrypted hard drive failed some time back. The remote res was the secret to controlling temps for me. Since it was not in the cabinet, it always stayed at room temperature.

I guess I was trying to say that if you can fit a container in the pc case that is large enough for a dirt grow, I think that is big enough for a micro-hydro grow too. It just needs to hold the stems and a modest rootball, and a drain and fill hole.

1. Get a cup (styrafoam;sp?)

2. Mark a dot 2 inches up from the bottom of cup

3. Punch a hole in the cup where the mark is.

4. Fill with substrate of choice, ie. perlite

5. Add water until cup drains, from seed I would start in grow plugs then transplant when roots are visible, a clone once rooted can be transplanted.

6. Water every day by hand until you get run-off.

7. Smoke Weed Everyday!

yeah i heard that sometimes the PH was a horror but do i need to change water sometimes or can i just have the same water but sometimes just fill with some more? and i saw that some grows had a system that the water flow back to another resorvoir? what do you recommend?

I would think regardless of what you're using for a hydro set it would be kind of a squeeze. I'd probably attempt with a fogger unit.

not me either but when i saw this forum i saw very many grows in PC and such, in the end of next month my project would probably be "onstream" and yeah i gone to show you some pictures how it looks and all that!

and i must find a good seedbank first of all!
