Does anyone know what kind of seeds are good for the outdoor climates in Vancouver, BC?

I just ordered some Papaya seeds, and i was wondering if those will work outdoors in 1-2 weeks times, or should i grow them indoors?

Thanks

Didn't you guys just get your first snow of the year today? I live in Surrey and we did so I would assume you did too. You can't grow outdoors in the lower mainland in the winter man, grow indoors til spring and then start an outdoor grow if that is what you want.

no snow yet! And thanks for the tip, i think that ill grow a few of my seeds when i get them, and indoors..And then wait to grow the rest later. How long do seeds last before you cant grow them anymore?

I think that would be a good idea. Your seeds should last just fine til spring, just throw a couple of grains of rice in the bag with the seeds and store it in your fridge until you are ready to use them. The strain you have ordered is listed as doing well indoors and outdoors as well as in a greenhouse so you should be good growing them in either environment.
