well depending on weather or not it hermied all over the plant, your SOOL...
if there are a few of them on random branches you cause tweezers to hold it still and use a small pair of sharp scissors and cut it below the ball and discard.... you gotta be careful cause you can move one enough and it may shoot pollen out.

The sooner you get them off the better.
