Living in the Pacific Northwest we have a TON of Canadian jokes.
Here's my favorite which is actually base on a true story.
There came a point in time when I was standing in line at the Costco that is closest to the Canadian border in Blaine, Washington where Canadian shoppers flock for the cheap tobacco prices offered at Costco vs. the Canadian stores with their insane taxes.
Regardless - I'm standing in line to get supplies as we're on our way up to Alaska.
So this gentleman is in front of me and he made some remark about how to tell a Canadian shopper vs. an American shopper.
"Can you tell a Canadian from an American?"
"Sure - you can try to tell a Canadian anything that you'd like but it probably won't take!"
He laughed and hopefully you will also.

RE: iTal - you only eat 'live' foods meaning no cooking, organic only and filled with fresh vegetables and fruits along with iTal grains like amaranth, quinoa, whole wheat, brown rice, etc.
Under the iTal paradigm you barely cook your foods because cooking kills the 'iTal' benefits such as vitamins, amino acids, etc.
I was supposed to die 5 years ago and I give blessings and joy to the iTal regimen for keeping me alive.
