Man I've never neglected my garden as much as I have lately. Never skipped a beat in the flowering room before...
Around November I had my last harvest inside - and between that and the outdoor season I just didn't have the motivation to get stuff ready for the next flowering batch.
Since then everything in the mother room has been neglected... since then no nutes have been given and not enough water either.
Almost definitely lost both of my fms grapefruit mothers - swt#3 will have to reveg from a flowering because of being heavily rootbound. My big proud Double Strawberry Diesel mother looks like shit and is also showing signs of flowering.
Stuff I started from seeds never got repotted and is dying.
Man this sucks... now is the time to turn it around.
Started it by repotting the most valuable stuff I have - swt#3 and DSD. Then now it's time to move forward and get something flowering while salvaging the scraps of former genetics.
First thing to do is
"Clean up this fucking mess" as Gordon would say.
I won't show pictures of it - for the sakes of privacy and pride...
Pots and old soil everywhere - never got around to emptying the old pots from previous grow - the place where I want to put the old soil is filled with the soil from the grow before that. Shit and old things all over. This is not going to work like this - gotta realize it and get started.
What we need is a weedgrower's Gordon Ramsay I definitely need one.
Moving forward -this is gonna be the fastest way for me to get anything done.
Option 1:
I've got some hermy "S1" seeds from a mystery C99 cross that yielded some incredibly flavorful buds. These could be the first harvest. If they're anything like the mother then they'll give a few seeds here and there on neighbor plants.
Option 2:
I've also got some real indoors seeds - an indica and a mostly indica hybrid. To make sure I have enough plants I need to use some good outdoor stuff too - a Danish strain that might still be mostly unknown outside Denmark. I also would like to create a nice amount of seeds for my own outdoor and as backup for that strain because it's not so common.
Option 2 sounds more and more appealing the more I think about it.
