Saw this on the news today where police are using helicopters to be lowered into marijuana crops to destroy them

At the end of the story they say they netted 17,000 plants over a 3 month operation

Id like to know how much they spend on this ,probally more than the plants are ever going to be worth, if the laws in this country reflected
