Serious Seeds Fems at Seedboutique

I haven't been a fan of fem seeds until lately. I tried them a few times when they were first around and had some trouble with pollen sacs. I tried some last grow with no problems at all.....stellar perfomance. I'm impressed with the fact that Serious is charging the same price as that for regular seeds. THAT'S a first. I've never been disappointed Serious' gear, so these are a real blessing.

ya dude i mean for a one run i hear ya and as long as theres minimal stress u should be fine(i think most everyone has has a fem hermie at some point, even me... but thats honestly in my opinion from crappy selfing techniques, that pass the gene on). but when it comes to breeding they are a no go in my opinion.
i think it also has to do with the company u use. i think id only go with serious' fems and dna's(and consequently reserva privada).
what did u get this time from serious? what else have u grown from them?

Ahhhhh......6 seeds. And I thought it was a great price. It's been a long time since I bought from Serious. I've grown (and continue to grow) Ak 47, Bubblegum and White Russian. I made a lot of F2's of each and haven't had to buy again. When I bought them it was $60 for 15 seeds. I bought some Chronic, too, but loaned them to a friend. I've always like Kali Mist, but haven't grown it due to the very long flower time.

Does Serious Seeds/Simon determine the price point? I have to assume he would. How do you/Serious Seeds determine pricing? As a business owner I'd like to compare methods . . .

I guest your asking me?

I have grown all but Kali Mist because of the space and time as I consume all my medecine now.

Chronic very consistent plant with a great flavor when well done.

BubbleGum an inbreed of a rare consistency with is legendary flavor.

White Russian a connoisseur strain for beginners.

What can I add??

Wow!!

What can I say I 'm not Serious Seeds but just an employee.

I would doubt that any owner of a Seeds company would answer but be my guest by asking your questions like this to this email:

Hey. Well generally they use an accounting formula to determine the cost of producing the product/goods which takes into account operating costs, overhead, etc etc

But I was wondering how seed prices are determined because they vary so dramatically and seemingly without reason. It seems like one company will charge a little more than another, so seed prices become more like comparisons, but since they're all comparing to each other, the meaning and effectiveness is lost.

That's the reason I doubt I'd ever get an answer . . . because the owners may not even know or want to share their structureless pricing.

Just wondering. Oh and medman, I don't own a seed company . . . different kind of business :)
