DR 60 & Ceramic Heater Fan Question

I have a dr 60 (60x60x140cm) and the temeratures drop close to 0 degrees celcius at night, I can see the negative effects on my young plants drooping leaves etc.

I have a 1.8W ceramic fan heater, it has a thermostat and power settings.

My question is can I use this safely in my tent, and if not what is a good alternative?

put it outside ur tent but close enough to raise ur temps
