i would also like to see more of this. i think 12/12 from clone is the wave of the future of growing
im pretty sure results may vary so you may want to try it in your situation. some strains arent as sensitive to photoperiod and will keep on veggin right through your 12/12, until they are ready to flower. other strains 12/12 from clone may yield you a very modest single bud type of plant. my skunk#2 stops growing 3 weeks after the flip to 12.

Sea of green (SOG) is basically 12/12 from clone, or maybe a few weeks of veg but pretty minimal. I would recommend at least a little veg time to give you enough of a stalk to support weight, but I like bigger plants, personally.

Ive ran 12/12 from clone and 12/12 from seed. I think it really depends on the genetics at the end of the day. Ive gotten some moster plants running 12/12 once the clone was rooted, and some really puny ones when vegging them for 3 weeks. I usually would get clones from the collectives here in socal, so its hit or miss. You cant tell if the clone was first, second, third or even forth generation.. a clone of a clone
ive got into the Habbit of skipping veg period with no problems just more plants needed a min of 4 to 5 plants in 8litre pots per light fills my room by the time i see flowers around day 10. The trick is to have healthy cuts bursting out of small pots fed well and increasing ec till stretch slows.
I dont think i could do it with any of the euro seed ive bought but local clones mostly sativa have no issues at all, your 1 step closer to having a perpetual grow if you have more rooms or space to add lights
a few days into flower they settle well its now time to bring on the drip feeding up the ec add silica and zym and taper off the rhizotonic or B1

Generally speaking,sog clones 12/12 from root..is the "standard" comercial growing method..almsot ALL seedbanks state their yields with using sog in a sqaure meter...its really varies,but IF you find a good strain,and dial it in..the yields are IMPRESSIVE..Iv seen lots of grows who use 12/12 from clones...12/12 from seed is FINE..but I wouldnt reccomend it as phenotypes vary..and I always prefer to veg so I can get a mother plant..
1.use a sativa dom strain,or one that strecthes alot in the first few weeks of flower..indica dom strains dont strecth too much,and end up quite small,which reduces yield..my ak48 plants stretched ALOT,more than 3 times its size,during flower..
2.root clones,veg for around 5-0 days MAX,then put into flower...theyll finsh at around 1-2ft and around 10+ grams each..
3.use 6*6 sqaure pots..there are some 6*6 pots that are way deeper,so you might want to consider these..fit around 4 per square foot..fit around 25-36 per light..you can even have 49 per light,but i only reccomend this with a 1000...
4.use coco coir as the medium,it is able to supports bigegr plants in smaller pots..than soil..it has perfect oxygen levels,very easy to use,and gives hydro results with soil benefits..iv grown 3 ft + plants in only a gallon of coco coir,with no rootbound whatsoever..
5.time your cycle and dial it in,so that as soon as one crop is done flowering,the next clones are ready to go in and begin flowering..with one light,you can have a harvest of up to a pound every 2 months..with 2 light,a harvest every month..with a 3 light,a harvest every 2 weeks..etc...the more lights,the more harvests..this is known as a perputual grow..or you can put in some clones EVERY WEEK..and pretty soon..youll be harvesting mature plants EVERY week..
6.36-49 plants under a hps...10 grams MINIMUM..so 360-490 grams ..but with a good yeilding strain,good method..you can easily get half oz to an ounce per plant..thats why commerical growers use it..fster harvests,bigger yields,and very easy..the only bad thing is the plant count

I want 2 try this method but Im scared of the plant totals.
So Im going to clone my favorite plant 3 times and after they root I add on to the flower room in 2 weeks, than 1 more in a month. During this time the last plant will veg for about 5-6 weeks and Ill take more clones off it an put her into flower and start the whole cycle over. Thus beginning my perpetual grow hopefully ending up with a harvest every 2 weeks all with a 2-4 wek veg cycle in 3 gallon pots so as I add 1 Ill take 1 away and always keeping a mother plant and only having 8-10 plants total.
This is my goal Im in the middle of implementing it now results 2 follow. Does this seem realistic??

How long do you flower? This is my first grow and I'm nervous....yicks!
I vegged my super lemon haze for 5 days and just switched to 12/12....I'm not sure for how long????
