Starting ph of tap is 8.5-9.0. & ppm is between 300-550 depending on day. I use ph down, but 1 more chemical is not what i need. Invested in a couple gallons of 0 ppm , 6.0 spring water & watered with a little runoff.
yeah, whenever I suspect a ph lockout problem in my soil plants I but a couple of gallons of distilled water from the store to run through them. but I'd say start leaving your water out. easiest thing I've found when growing small is just to get like 4 or 5 gallon water or milk jugs and always fill them up when you're done watering, that way they're ready for the next time. I guess I'm pretty lucky. My water is 6.9-7.1 out of the tap with 170 ppm. so I'm gold to just use my water as is. when I add my PBP nutes and additives it's down to around 6.5
A few updated pics. Will Harvest the c99 & bb on feb 1st. Noticed a few seeds. Prolly from the Dutch Treat hermies. Will not pop those beans. Last pic is Veg room. Grow listed on other thread.
pics are looking better. Those seeds, if pollinated by the dutch treat, will at least be female. Free female seeds...
Here are some pics for ya. Candy 99 lower branch. Here is a couple Casey Jones. Tops and then a pretty lower.
Decided to take the candy99 today. Got a bunch of new equipment coming & I'm looking forward to starting fresh with clean water and correct lighting. Below is some shots of the Candy99. Noticed some issues with coloration in leaf tips on buds. A brownish necrosis so to speak. A friend said it looked like a disease to him. So anyways, like I said, starting fresh so to speak. This will end The 4x4 Lab thread. When I get my new equipment set up, I will begin a new thread which will be found in my signature.
Grow Finished! Happy smoking IcMagger's!
