I never agreed to the terms of your state program, why should I follow it? I never agreed to have my natural right to grow food or medicine impinged on either, so why should I follow that federal violation of my rights?

I'm not saying that at all.
What I am referring to is those who, under the legal cover allowed under the States Medical Marijuana Program, intentionally grow and divert this product outside of the intended Medical necessity of patients, FOR PROFIT.
Caregivers grow the maximum allowed plants under a patients rec, the patient can't afford to buy it all so, the caregiver diverts it to the black market and reaps the rewards by using the patients rec for illegal activities.

Do you think that is a fair exchange or dishonest ?

Most of these people arnt trying to take advantage the situation just for profit. Cannabis is some people's passion just as wine is. I do not think that is is wrong to make your passion your living. Do what makes you happy.

The problem is the government. If they would legalize the market the profit margin would drop, and these people could open legit stores like a tobacco shop. Dont you think that most people would want to stay legal, and make a profit if possible? Do you think that a the price drop of the product would even bother them.

There really arnt that many people out there that want to over charge sick people for there medicine, but they are forced to make enough money to move alot and stay underground so to speak. There are thousands of people that would put sick people in jail for those meds though. The drug war is like the holocaust on hippies, and sick people drawn out since nixon was in office. The thing about america now is, everyone is sick or on there way to it. Thank Big Pharma, Fast food and Wal-mart for that.

I would test the water with the regular state limit of three per med card holder. you can always use s.c.r.o.g. (screen of green) strains to get a good harvest with a small ammount of plants, you just need to veg a little longer

I just read that is was three flowering plants and three vegging plants. I could be wrong, the info I read could be old. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I want to be wrong. If six plant instead of three is the limit then I dont wanna be right.

Edit: I was wrong. I was looking at CO. laws not CA laws. oops If it is cali you can just grow as much as you want now.
