I dont have much experience growing for only 8 months..
But i feel ya on the marketing bs..
Grew ghs cheese listed as 17,1% thc Smell was great, frosty as hell, and ok yield..
I dumped it for a cheap ass sensi skunk1 listed at only 10%thc...
The skunk is much more potent, and finishes faster!
Suprised the hell out of me, but my friend claims the cheese where stronger..
So i guess its all in the eye of the beholder

i was given a cut of super skunk, that reeks real bad, and as soon as your skin comes into contact w/ the bud, its all sticky and shit. Its nice tasty smoke that gets you ripped. I HATE commercial headies, people try to flood the market with this "high grade" shit that resembles grade A beasters for top dollar. And sadly to say but imo almost all seedbanks carry and promote this crap. Find a couple nice strains that possess desirable qualities, and work with those, just my two cents, peace oh ya, i almost forgot, ecsd gets me the highest, but after a few days of tough puffin, gotta switch it up

I must disagree about the LUI. I have smoked 4 or 5 different "keeper" phenos of LUI and the tolerance build up with this strain is the fastest I have ever seen. Don't get me wrong I like the fruity sweet tooth smell and taste (The mango pheno is damn tasty) but after burning a few joints I might as well be smoking leaves.

A few friends have noticed this same thing. It is a great commercial strain though, good yields, good bag appeal, and nice taste and smell.
