I've never used a screen before , I've done some wicked training and supercropping , but was thinking about trying a screen this time

about 40 plants here..might take some runts out still..they been in for 2weeks , they are growing fast now ,just went from 24 to 12&12 today ,the tray is 3x6
what do you think?:dunno:

If you're the training kinda guy SCROG is for you.

I have hesitation to suggest SCROG tho' just because of the high plant count, in your case SOG seems to make more sense, it would develop main cola tops.

You could try putting a screen up, if you really want to train.

40 plants under a screen would take up a lot space. That be a bitch to take care of as well. I run 6 plants scrog every 10 square feet(roughly 3.5x3.5)each square has 600wt light.

Yeah bro looks like your set up for SOG right there.

I dig your assortment of pots there. Especially those Whole Foods containers

Should you SCROG?It depends. Do you want to grow an enormous amount of cannabis? If so, then the SCROG is one of the MANY ways to do so. It's not the only way, though. Based on the pictures you posted, I'd start with a SOG. Familiarize yourself with training your plants for upward growth. You have so many plants on that table, the screen would have to be huge. I typically (TYPICALLY) space plants a square foot apart. Push those fucking Dixie cups together and fill that fucker up until all you see is a sea of green.

I would be doing sog if i was you. sick setup i have never seen so mean different pots.

see i think just the opposite sick setup but very mixed up so utilize your weakness or variance in pot size to your advantage...i mean scrog is ultimately a personal commitment. You put the time in the plants reward...its not that its difficult or nutes change.....I feel from what iv observed you could substantially increase your yield with some organization and scrog...good luck

EDIT ..LOL read the title of thread and first post then wrote response above and when i replyed saw your picture of you starting...at least we where on same page :kewlpics:

the screen would be too hard to deal with cause i dont have the room. I can only access this thing from one side and the ends are pretty out o reach too. so im just gonna do a bunch of bending and training to keep the canopy level and spread the love as best possible .
just did some supercropping will post results after they grow out a bit
thanks guys

too many plants to train scrog id flower now and be happy with some 4 foot sog plants, if you have gaps add more plants mid flower and start a perpetual grow. is what i did when i had bulk cuts at different stages and it worked out well not as weighty as a well trained scrog but easier to trim and clear the room fast for a quick/ fresh start fast.
