After a couple month of refining and fine tuning, i'd like to share with ICMag my setup. I've often answered a lot of questions through PM's and such about tent growing, venting, etc etc. I've decided to share how i setup my tents for optimal growing, or at least what works for me.
Before i begin, this setup is not efficient by any means for mass-commercial growers. This setup is also not for anyone who needs super stealth capabilities. My fans can be somewhat noisy, not such that you can hear them rooms away, but if you still live at home with mom and dad or you're living with someone else who is against the idea, this will probably not work for you.
I keep anywhere from 4-10 girls in flower, and usually about 9-15 girls in veg at any given time. It's somewhat of a perpetual grow, but i don't have any time any timeline or schedules. My setup includes 3 growing rooms:
-Veg tent is a Darkroom60 or DR60 from Secret Jardin, the measurements are 32.4" wide x 32.4" deep x 63.6" tall. Inside is a 400W fixture with a Aggromax super yield MH bulb and aircooled hood. The temperatures range from 75~80 with a humidity level of around 45-60.
-Flowering tent is a Darkroom (DR100L), measurements 39.6" wide x 39.6" deep x 72" tall. Inside is another 400W fixture with an Aggromax high intensity HPS bulb and 2 6" clip fans. Instead of an aircooled hood, i use a sunsoaker so temperatures range a tad bit warmer along the 80-85 with a room humidity of 20-40.
-Clone/Propagation Cab, this is an old minicab i used to grow smaller strains in that i've converted into a minicab. I start all of my seedligns and clones in here. I've also used to isolate some male plants once or twice. I basically see this as my 'extra cab or overflow cab' it can double as whatever i need it to. It has 4 26w CFL's and allows grating to be used to raise the plants closer to the lights. It also has a small intake fan and exhaust fan, as well as a tiny little weak computer fan that i use for circulation (probably doesn't make a difference).
This is the intake entrance to my flower tent. This is the tent side of the above picture. As you can see it's as far to the ground as possible so there are no stagnant pockets of air as the air is eventually warmed by the light and rises.
A 474 CFM fan (6" inline fan that is fit with two 6" to 4" adapters) draws the warm, smelly air through the charcoal, filtering the air and passing it through the ducting on the other side. Where does it go? See below
Now the newly filtered air is sucked through the ducting, all the way down to the bottom of my veg tent, again, air flow and circulation throughout the bottom of the tent is a must for healthy roots which makes healthy plants. Here it is diffused through some pantyhose like fabric, if it wasn't diffused than the air would be much too powerful and may stress the plants. The air is now heated once again by the light and eventually begins to rise and is sucked in through the side of my aircooled hood. There is another piece of ducting going out the other side of the hood, which pulls the hot air trapped between the glass and the bulb outside to eventually be dispersed into the air!
Out it goes! This 174 CFM inline fan sucks all air out of the veg tent, which is hoooked up to a fan controller which i can control the speed and amount of air moved.
Veg, i use an air cooled hood from HTG supply (Euro Model) with a 400w Aggromax ultra blue MH daylight spectrum bulb.
Enjoy! Feel free to ask questions.

Ventilation
It all starts here. This is my intake fan for my flower tent, the outside ambient air is drawn into the tent through ducting which supplies the tent with constant fresh outside air. The fan is a 80CFM weak little duct booster fan i bought from home depot and wired using the end of a power strip. This acts as almost a passive intake due to the low power of the fan.

Lighting
For lighting, i use 400w HID lights with switchable ballasts.
Flowering, i use a mini light supersoaker as a reflector, with a 400w eye hort super HPS (55000 lumens).
