My setup almost done(blue widow)

Hello all wanted to put my setup here and let u guys help me decided the best time to harvest. Little bout my setup; its in a 4x4 tent lit by a 600hps cooled by 4 inch fan attached to carbon scrubber.
1st pics are from last week

next are from this week


i think it should be done in about 2 more weeks not sure of the exact switch to 12/12 date (forgot to rite down) but i do have microscope and now some are clear some are cloudy n some r amber(very few amber)

Depend what kind of effect u're looking for..
How many trychomes from all that u see with the microscope are clear, cloudy and amber?
If u're looking for more clear effect, wait until most them ~70-80% are cloudy, but if u're looking for more stoned effect, wait until most of them are amber. The best way to find out the difference is to chop a bud with more cloudy trychomes, then chop a bud with more amber trychomes, then compare the effect.

Time to chop - see what BuyBuyBaby says above and test a few small buds.

In the meantime don't forget to keep a close eye out for bud-rot (botyritis). Plants are at their most vulnerable in the last couple of weeks as they get denser.

thanks everyone i was planning on letting about 50% trichs turn amber but i may also chop a few off early just to see the difference. I have 3 more behind these ladies; clones off her.

Is all the ventilation inside the tent?

ThaM- the ventilation is inside fan is hooked to light then to carbon scrubber; its pulling through carbon, light then out through the socks in the tent. Temps stay around 75-80 at all times. Will have more pics n a few days should be only about a week or so left
