Do you like Sauerkraut? Tun Sie mögen Sauerkraut?

I like it, a lot. A classic Reuben or a dog with 'kraut will make my day.

Yeah, I've been putting Pastrami and Swiss on sourdough, grilling that, and then putting mustard and kraut on, add in a good beer and I'm in heaven!

Theres this sauerkraut that is made with white wine instead of vinegar....delicious!
Real Sauerkraut is only made with Cabbage, salt, and water, Sauerkraut made with any added vinegar is a abomination, authentic Sauerkraut becomes tangy on its own through natural fermentation.

THC123-Its too bad you don't like it, the process of fermenting sauerkraut has a similar affect on the digestibility of the Cabbage in the same way turning milk into yogurt makes the milk more digestible.
Its also possible you have only tasted the nasty, non-authentic Sauerkraut made with vinegar, I didn't realize how good it could be until my mom made some at home in the traditional German style, much much better.

That may be so, but this sauerkraut with white wine is really amazing. Has made me (who used to NOT like sauerkraut) a big fan.

I'd argue that Sauerkraut made with added vinegar isn't Sauerkraut.............the same as Merlot isn't really a red wine, but instead a white wine dyed red(at least thats how it tastes).
