Ways to keep electric above water in grow tents

What are some ways you can think of to support air pumps or other items in a grow tent while keeping them above water level?

Ideas:
Hanging board with power strips screwed into it with hooks with rubber bands hanging air pumps - if airpumps may operate vertically.

Plywood or shallow plastic bin with 4 hooks supported by chain.
The air pumps, timers and power strips may be placed in the bins.
It is placed above the light line and all cords run down the poles.

Bungie cords, twist ties, chains, hooks...
Sound dampening for vibrating pumps...

Should work well. Just remember to overly engineer it so it doesn't fall or tip over. I dont own a tent, Can you run chains to one of the top supports? I think that would be the easiest way to support the panel. I really like the power strip I have (black and yellow one a walmart). Especially if your going to be running multiple timers and all that jazz. Lock it down with zip ties or those staple looking thingys for wire. for the air pump lock the electrical cord down to where it cant fall into anything dangerous, and be creative with some bungee chords to quiet it down. ?Mabee some duct tape? (dont block the intake) I cant really see a way to securely hang an air pump unless you got one of those heavy duty ones. Thats why I say lock the electrical chord down as a fail safe. Air pumps can run in any position desired. You can zip tie the ends by the outlets with a little 4 inch safety loop that hangs down in case you ever have water dripping down on the power cords. I always do that for fish tanks. My setup is soil so I don't feel the need. Just remember murphys law and think worst case scenario.

Zip tied cords and have power strip coming down a pole.
Airpumps are outside and enter just where zipper is.
It seems plywood with all the sockets mounted on it then hang it from the top would work.
The cover fits over the bars on the top very tight maybe flat curved brackets or just run the zip tie a few times around to hold an elegant safe socket board in place.
