That super skunk and afghan #6 look like my kinda weed. The #6 looks ogkush-ish. Bet it's nice and stinky too, is that a lemon afghan smell or hash plant skunky one? I ran the Sensi NL awhile back and they were all straight lemon, real sharp nothing like a hash plant. I've got some seedlings going now of that NL X chemdd, hoping to throw a little funk onto that lemon...:tumbleweed:

Hey comrades seein if you guys could help me I was planning to mother for my first time and have the baby I want to mum currently in a big rockwool cube under a low watt hps and low watt mh. For cuttings in flower I have a 6 gallon recircuilating res under 400 mh. The nutes are gh flora series basic. Should I have the mum in a hydro setup since the clones will be? Should I give mum same bites schedule as I use for veg? Thanks!!
Ps how long should you veg/flower clones? I kno every plant is different, just looking for an idea current clones are white widow from a buddy and are in 4th week under the 400 mh clayballs/recirculating res. I am feeding at "mild growh" according to gh schedule..shud I skip to flower or just do complete feeding scedule? I just thought clones were supposed to be quicker but following the schedule will take longer. I am patient though and will follow it week by week but j seeing others experiences.

I run uh, 0.3 kW in a bedroom and have no problems ;)

Dan Kass that's some lovely hash you're making, it looks like your techniques have nice end results :D
And Lune that bud has the most lovely color... Nice shot!

I'm a local micro grower and just had some C99xA11 beans crack today, so I thought I'd post up some shots from the last grow (should have gone perpetual but failed on my part to do so... this time I will be doing things right)
These are all bagseed and all pregnant, but there are some phenos I liked and did keep.

Hello admiral :) There is a youtube vid but it's tricky to find....it's in an 8 or 9 part documentary about A'dam. Anyway, here's how I do it...

First I freeze some trim a day or two prior (not sure how much I use), I use primary trim, if it doesn't have visible glands it doesn't get used. I put about 5 or 6 ice cubes in a 1000ml wide mouth Ball jar and add cold water to within an inch or two from the top.

Next I add the leaf a little at a time slowly working it under the water with a butter knife. From there I just stir the shit out of it and after 15 minutes I screw the top on it and shake it HARD for a minute or two. Then into the fridge for 15-30 minutes to settle. Then more stirring and more settling.

Now I grab an empty vessel (mine happens to be a plastic rubbermaid jar about the same size as the glass....but with a bigger opening.) and pour the leaf/ice mixture through the yellow filter (pictured at the top of this page) being careful not to get any leaf into the lower jar. Then I squeeze all the juice I can out of the spent leaf.

When I'm ready for the final pour I use a number 2 Melitta coffee filter...I use the plastic top from a Green Mountain coffee cup (the throw away kind) and make a 1/2 to 3/4" wide slit in it the length of the lid so the filter can be held in place. Then I place it on top of an empty Ball jar and begin the long, slow pouring process :)

Once it's all done I open up the filter and scrape up the gooey love with a butter knife and just wait for it to dry out. That's it :) I'm sure bags are a thousand times easier and yield a better end product but I don't have them....and I tend to enjoy doing things the hard way ;)

Take Care,

I don't even know where to start!??!?! Looks like everyone is just killing it right now it's too hard to keep up. I feel like are community here can grow with the best of them world wide!

I got around to making some bubble hash with some primo trim mixture: 75% chem d 25% casey jones. I have no idea the amount I put in but I used a 5 gallon 220 bubblebag to mix everything in. The bucket I used has a spigot so I take the 220 out the bucket so it just the brownish water. I then place the bucket on a table and place an empty bucket on the ground. At this point I use my 1 gallon bubble bags, I hold the 160 bag over the empty bucket then turn the spigot lose on the bucket on the table. I run 1 bag at a time (160,120,73, etc.) I just keep put the water I drain back in the bucket on the table. It take a little time but it's well worth it in my opinion. I did two run with this batch, and still have the same amount of trim of some Sour D sitting in the freezer so more to come...

Results (its still wet in pics but should be dried up by tom so I'll post dry pics and yield.

Pyrex dish is 1st run (120 + 73)
cardboad was second run (73 + 25)
frypan was hash I pushed thru a strainer to play around (160, 120, 25).
Picture_1078.jpg

I also got around to making some BHO :smokeit:. I used 14 g's of super dried chem d and it packs a punch.

Picture_1074.jpg

Picture_1075.jpg

After I let the glass dish sit on a heating pad for 3-4 hours it looked like this. Not all pictured, it yielded great got about 2.4 grams of so nice amber.

I just cut down the Supreme Hash Plants and I am very happy with these beans. The nugs are all cover in thc and some plants finished super early and yield decent. While the 9 weekers grew nothing but colas the size of my fist everywhere.

So all the bubble hash had been sitting and drying for 3 days and here are the results.

Chem D bubble/bho
top left: 73 1st run: super sticky, full melty, and tasty
middle: 73 2nd run:more hard and darker, still melts not full
bottom left: Chem d bho, amber you can see thru, packs a punch
bottom right: 120 2nd run, not bad melts a little still
top right: a mixture of (120,73,25) pushed thru a strainer wet on a plate and dried into dust basically, I then placed in saran wrap and ironed between a towel and rolled with a wine bottle to press together. half melt with a great chem d taste to it.

5.8 g's is what i have now I probably smoke a total of 1.5 g's with friends and fam that past few days too! a total of 7.3 g's of chem bubble/bho. You know what this means...

Picture_1090.jpg

After finding out the totals I had to take a CHEM BOMB, this is a bong rip of some 6 week cured chem d nug followed by some chem d 73 full melt bubble, with a drop of some chem d bho, sprinkled with some chem d kief!

whats ups boys and girls (which unfortunately there are far too few of)

seriously Otto.......step away from the pipe ;) excellent pics!!!!

My friend just took a trip up to Maine to grab some Trainwreck (fake) from a buddy that had harvested and he told me about the bubble the kid made.....he said it was so strong that he actually woke up with a hang over. My friend was calling him the whole ride up but with no luck....so when he finally answered he (my friend) asked what happened and he told him that he "hashed out" a bit too much and some how his phone ended up in the snow next to his car. If I had a dollar for every time that's happened to me :)

a...n...y...w...a...y, I'm gonna be switching locations soon so I'll be saying goodbye to stadium growing for now which means I'll need to start using hoods again....4 of them. I'm leaning towards the Super Sun 2 or the newer Yield Master Supreme but am open to trying something else so....what's everyone usin' and why?

Also, if there are any ebb and flow users out there (tables) I'd be interested in knowing what your main limitations are....I'm thinking of running 4 3x3 tables with a 600 over each. Not sure how many yet, somewhere between 12 and 16 in 6x6 square pots.

I've thought of running tubblers but I'm getting sick of basically growing in my reservoir so I need a change from that....and after watering 100 one gallon bags every two days I'm more then happy to hang up my watering can :)

So if anyone has any input on different hoods (preferably air cooled) and systems....I'm all ears :)

Take Care,
~Dan Kass

i know instead of buying 4 3x3 tables most hydro stores sell 3x6 tables.so you can buy 2 instead of 4.you will save atleast 2-3 hundred.

sour, I thought about the 3x6's but I want control of 4 separate reservoirs for different strains. The tables will be staggered about two weeks apart too so it just makes sense to keep everything separated....forgot to mention that also.

I still haven't ruled out building my own tables, the store bought are nice but kinda pricey and the reservoirs are just ridiculous, I mean they're nice and all but 100 bucks for a 30 gallon tub? And it doesn't even come with a lid...thats another 40. If I made them out of wood I would definitely add strips of pine or something on top of the base to make it like the plastic ones with the recesses...I'm not sure if I've seen anyone do that yet? They're was a grower at OG that made his own tables, 4x8 I think. He also made some very cool tunnels out of plywood or luan....I always liked his style.

Not to get too off topic but I built a "grow box" about 8 or 9 years and had it in very small apartment bedroom. It was literally a single sized mattress on the floor, an end table, and a 4x5x7 box with a 1000w inside. I had it on casters and everything....at the time, it was HOT ;) Nowadays kids just roll down to the hydro shop and buy an f'n tent and destroy it....I used to have to build that s**t, I even made scale models :) I feel old.
