How do I feed on 12/12 cycle using lucas formula?

I want to grow one plant 12/12 from seed using the micro and bloom, out of the 3-part GH series.
I need to know how much to feed starting from 12/12 seed, using a 5 gallon bucket.

the lucas formula doesnt use the entire 3 part series; only the bloom and the micro are needed. its 8ml of micro and 16ml of bloom per gallon of r/o water. make sure your ph stays in the 5.8 to 6.0 range or else youll lock out the mag, thats really important. otherwise, its a extremely effective nutrient solution. trust me, its what i use myself.

theres a lot of options regarding res upkeep, but the easiest is when youve replaced your res with equal parts water, empty the res and refill with new solution. the add back formula is easily acquired with the search option of the forum.

0-8-16 is for mature plants. For seedlings 0-1.25-1.25 (1/4 tsp per gal)is fine.

0-8-16 is for seedlings all the way to finishing in flower. the formula doesnt have enough nitrogen to burn plants.

This is bad advice. Ignore this please. There certainly IS enough nutrients in Lucas forumla to burn a seedling in to oblivion.

There is a very great difference between a seedling and a plant in a vegetative state. Like all rules of thumb, a one size fits all nute forumula needs to be adjusted to the cycle of life and the specific strain's nutritional needs. Look at your plants and listen to them. They will tell what they need -- and if they are getting too much of a good thing, too.

I've had mature plants that say 0-3-6 is too strong. The massive abuse a plant will survive, and what's good for it, are two different things.
