Roor, go back a page..I already left her in the dark and she got very STICKY..you can see the main cola in the pics...
see the book, it even says in there to leave em in the dark plus I've read countless threads about it..it does work...even after doing that, cutting her up etc.. the stem that was left is still oozing goodies..
I got 114.7 grams wet which will most likely be 28 or so dry..not too bad
gene ( and many others) knows alot..don't hate him for that..he may even help you one day if he hasnt already..

I am drying some tiny little buds that were growing at the bottom to try..I'll let you know what that tastes like..

Also I just looked at your few pix. You can see there is still alot of undergrowth and nutes left in that Plant. How much water did you flush her with?

roor, 5-7 days ago it would have been less than the standard 60 days..sheesh..
why can't you read the stupid post for crying out loud..AMBER takes a few days longer, so what! i am positive there are gazillions of bud smokers that smoke it that way or have tried it..I broke my back and neck years ago and I like it strong to be able to sleep..
I may listen butdon't I have the final say? The plant( if you would freakin read what I write) was flushed with FINAL FLUSH by GROWTEK..twice.. to get rid of any trace and the soil was perfect when I flushed 2 more times with straight water..the only reason the leaves are yellow is because its dead for crying out loud..I could even have let her grow 3 more days with it only getting stronger..
You even said in one of your rants, that I was only CURING the bud by letting it grow longer but you will deny that as you have to all the other horrible things you have said..
How could anyone learn in life if there was only 1 teacher Roor? Can you imagine how screwed up this world would be? So why do you think you know everything? I was always told, " Treat Your Mind Like a Bad Neighbourhood, Don't Go There Alone".

buds have been drying since Sunday night but when I checked today, they are almost dry..isn't that early? UGH...They are as sticky as you could ever imagine though!!!nummmy
the temps in the room are around 77 too..I turned off the fan to slow it down a little..
Can anyone enlighten me on what ( or what not) to do?
Should I leave them..they are not even close to having the stem snap though..maybe another day...

i feel bad for u guys who live n breath cannabis and take so much pride n offense in growing a simple weed, its just a weed, if u cant grow cannabis right your first time u didnt read the ten line instruction manual properly-

You're doing fine Chron. Leave them in there. The outer part will get dry and crispy feeling before the curing process. You want your stem to almost break as you attempt to snap them. Then it's time for you to transfer the material to mason jars for a nice cure. Remember to burp those jars once or twice a day. While the cure is taking place the excess moisture from the stems and flowers will evenly distribute. You'll know moisture is leaving the stems as you observe how easily they crack. So don't worry if their looking a little "too dry" right now, as it will evenly distribute the left over moisture while curing.

thanks castelvetro...no, I'm not obsessed or anything when it comes to growing..I'm a newbie at micro grows and its a gazillion times different than regular grows..heat issue, humidity etc..
I came this far, just wanted to get the drying right..

there were these 2 teeny tiny buds basically growing up out of the dirt at the bottom so I gave them a 2 day dry and wow..
I've smoked since I was a young one and I rate herb on the 1-2 or three toke factor...I am very impressed ..2 and I'm high.. Gonna be great for sleeping and pain relief for sure..I can only imagine what those big sticky ones are going to be like!!!!
So, taste was really nice, not harsh from nutes at all.. even that close to the ground..
All in all, pretty darn good!!

Heavy smokers might need a bit more but its very strong..I like mine strong so I let her go 6 more days so a total of 66 days..it was sooo worth it...
I have'nt even tasted the big buds yet.. these were just at the very bottom of the plant..
I'm sure those will be nice..

Thanks pinstripe!! Yeah, I was a little worried too!..NEVER use Miracle grow, but if you have to, don't use any other nutes....I did get to later on but I had to manually pick out billions of those fert pellets..thanks for the very kind words...

It dried out a little fast but still is moist inside the bud..I weighed it and I'm at 36 grams so another couple of days and it will probably be around 30..not too bad..
I really want to let another Easy-Ryder stretch cause I'd get lots more..
Its a decent taste and stone too...curing will only make it better!!

here's the dry weight...not bad for 1 11 inch plant!!
the bud is insane! Those cfl's really proved themselves..buds are tight and very tasty!!Parts of the buds are almost purple now from me letting her get 50/50 amber/cloudy..
