Well it's my third grow and I have learned a few things. One, I REALLY enjoy this. Two, I HATE using ferts. Three, I HATE males in my garden.
So to solve problems I'm using BlazeOneUp's soil mix and I got some female seeds this time from GreenHouse Seed Co.

Heres a quick rundown on my setup. I'm growing in a 5'x9' walk in closet but only using a 3'x5' area at the moment, if I get a second light I want to fill the whole room. Light is a 600w switchable dig mh/hps, sealed light hooked up to a 6" exh fan venting the room and cooling the light. Once my girls start to smell I have a carbon filter to hook up.

Well, there ya go. That's what I got goin' on. I'm looking at veging for another week or so, mabey till the end of the month then flippin' to 12/12. I am goin for a few trees.
Any ideas, suggestions, guidence, pointers, whatever, will be GREATLY appreaciated.

Good call on the RH ShawnyBoy, it's been COLD around here lately so the air has been alot dryer then normal. It's normaly around 35-45% and it's now just comming back up. I had about 4-5 days where my RH meter wouldn't even read, thats dry.

GOOROO, I've been contemplating doing some lst but thought I'd wait till I got a few more branches to work with. I did top one of the Kings Kush, first ever, wanted to see how it went and so far so good.
How long can ya wait to top before ya flip um? Or is it to late for me to top if I'm gonna flip in say two weeks?

goodluck on the grow everything looks good, i found that GHS strains are good for a crop but not too keep as a mother, ive had herm problems and so have others,

Thanks for lookin' in ya'll, I appreciate the props.

I must say that these plants are MUCH healthier the any of my last 2 grows. My first 2 runs I was growing in a mix of spag. peat moss, perlite, and vermiculite. Then used Humboldt nuts. A-B, thats it. I don't think I ever got the nuts right, to much, to little............ GRRRRRRRR!

Anyway, this time I'm using BlazeOneUps soil mix. So far all I can say is, "This shit works!" Love it so far. Hope it keeps working.

I'm gonna be post'in pics up every Saturday night to document the whole run. Gonna be interesting to see how long I'm gonna have to run the Super Lemon Haze, 12 weeks, 14 weeks..... Whew! But it should be the SHIZNIT! I've heard GOOOOD things.

and the pic with the curled leaves looks like phosphorous lockout due to high ph....i had an overfert/ph problem with last years outdoor headband crop myself... forgot the godamn dolomite lime grrrr

The big flip!

Wuz up everyone! Time for the Weekend update.

Week 1, the BIG FLIP!
Well I've had a recurring issue, VERY low humidity in my grow room (around 20-25%). I think I may have figured out my problem tonight though while swapping bulbs. I forgot that I had put a small elec heater in my grow area, it was cold as hell 2 weeks ago so I stuck it in the corner then I kind of forgot about it. I'm thinking that it was drying out the air in the closet, I yanked it out tonight so I'm hoping that tomorrow the Rh goes up, I HOPE because my 3 Kings Kush are looking kind of sickly. The Super Lemon Haze and the Alaskan Ice look just a little stressed out.
Anyway, swaped bulb from MH to HPS and reset timers for 12/12 starting tomorrow, hope my girls can make a comeback.

1st up the little kush, shes been a runt the whole grow and she ain't died yet so I'll keep her goin'.

Well, there it is, my gardening skills appear to need some help.
Any advice, comments, suggestions........ God knows I can use um'!

FYI, the soil mix I'm using is BlazeOneUps mix, MG Organic, peat, perlite, bone and blood meal and lime. Straight water Ph'd to 5.8-6.0.
Also, I'd like to apologize for the lousy pics. I'll try to get better.
