sage n sour grow

(i posted this in flower pics section too, but wanted to post in strains section too )

finally got a chance to grow out TH Seeds S.A.G.E. 'N SOUR. i can't wait to try the smoke after the cure! i am a big fan of th seeds now that i have seen their strains first hand!

let it hang in the dark for four days. stem would bend but not break. jarred it and waited overnight. the next morning the buds softened up and the smell was crazy! can't really describe the smell except it is like a fresh type of cleaning liquid. a smell that pulls you forward to try to figure out what you were smelling. not fruity or sweet, more like a light chemical smell. not a repulsive smell at all though. its only been in the jar for 24 hours and i have a feeling that it is going to really cure into a keeper. the nugs are very chunky too!

so far the first smoke tests (i definately had to try this out before the cure!!!) and it is a very "up" high. makes my forehead tingle nicely and seems to give me energy to get things done! pretty smooth smoke even with such a short dry time so far. i really can't wait to see how good it blazes after the cure!

i am waiting to get some macros to see the coloring of the trichomes. i gave a buddy a nug and he is going to give me the pics to see just how ripe the plant was when i picked it. it was smelling aweful ripe though for sure!

this is my first go round with th seeds. i bought sage n sour and also a five pack of fem sage.

i have two sage still finishing up and let me tell you they are the bomb! they smell just like sweet grapefruit and are covered in crystals! out of my first four seeds i germinated (one sage n sour seedling was had no grow vigor) three look to be keepers! i am a huge fan of sage and sage n sour to say the least!

really nice man are the buds rockhard? i been looking into this strain, i love thseeds i've grown bubblegum, heavy duty fruity, and im doing brumese kush"buka"

the buds are very tight. i am growing under a 400w with high temps too... so if they were lower and a 1k i bet they would be solid rocks!

this is from seed. i have clones of it though. the smell is hard to place really. sometimes a light chemical smell. a buddy said it smells like pastries the other day. only been curing a week so we will see in a few more weeks!

i can't imagine how good the sage will end up smelling after a good cure. it smells insanely good right now! so sweet and like grapefruit! i am a huge fan of th seeds!

S.A.G.E. is one of VERY FEW strains that i have ever grown that i gave a straight up 10/10. I was always interested in getting her back in the stable (and i will someday). The SAGE and SOUR looks like it still have a lot of pull from the SAGE parent. Big Buds, Up high. Earthy taste. I grew them in 5 gal buckets to get some TREES! THSeeds is top notch. Glad to see someone loving them like i have. K + for gtowing my fav strain (sort of ha ha)

thanks dude! i was thinking of trying 5 gallon next time instead of 3. i have loved watching the sage n sour grow, but watching the sage has been even more exciting. they are really shining now... too heavy to stand on their own with about 2 weeks to go. totally drenched in shiny trichomes!!!

S.A.G.E. is by far the most heavy-duty stone I have ever experienced from cannabis; that being said I could really only enjoy one or two hits before I was couch-locked, bleeding-eyed and retarded. Not the kind of cannabis that is ideal to be rolled into a joint or blunt (I hate blunts anyways) but wow if you have some glass handy a bowl of SAGE will last you all day.

Now to add Sour (I assume they are referring to sour diesel) to the mix. WOW. Seems like the perfect cross to me. I will have to get some beans for this one, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

i was always interested in growing sage .i heard its up ther with kalimist and super silver haze. in the sativa department. and the sage and sour is one who came after the kush/deseil fuel days. looking good
