Ya the only way your gonna get good pics with lights on is with a big dollar Nikon with some major filters, otherwise your outta luck.

So when did you actually go full strength on the coco nutes? Last I remember you were at half throttle or less due to "burn" just curious as im setting up a small coco table next to the dwc for some tests.

Other than that all is looking superb so far.

Were hoping for good headstash out of this, its for my patients and I so quality over quantity!!

As for nutes, I was running 7ml during the stretch, bumped down to 5ml and now am down to 3ml A&B per gallon, 1ml Rhizo.. I will be fazing the Rhizo out. And adding Snow Storm Ultra to each future watering

GNATS...

I left town for 10 days and gants have started to take over. All of my sticky traps are covered in gnats, I mean covered.. I went and purchased nematoads at the store and introduced them into my room. The package said add the sponge to 1 gallon of water, I then gave each plant a cup or so full of nematoads.

Yesterday I noticed all the plant tips burnt, could this have been from the nematoads? I have been cutting back on nutes and havent had burn since the first week???

There are dead gnats all over the res tray, and in the runoff bin. Worst yet some of the gnats are stuck to the leaves of the plants. I cant even put this to words, all this hard work and now I have gnats stuck to my plants.. And I thought gnats were Harmless, guess not!!

Spent two hours this morning going over each leaf, bud, stem and removing any dead gnats I could find ... - only made it thru 2 plants.. So my next few days and nights will be spent huddled over my plants trying to make sure we dont smoke any bugs.. Not sure the karma I had to diserve this one..

Almost tossed the whole crop but figure I need to try and address this with some backbreaking labor. May look at getting gnatrol or misquito dunks as well.

New gnats seem to be at a minumum, none are flying, I think they all got stuck

looking good,, i had some gnats, and the ladybugs seem to keep some alive so they can stay alive or theyre full but they keep them under control so there isnt enough to do any real harm i think i must of had 1000s of ladybugs in my house this year, it was a good year for them because it was a good year for the gnats too with all the wet weather

Well that was fun!!

Took the Bubba to 70 days, wanted a "couch-lock" high. Only a few of the trichcomes have turned amber but I figure 70 days should do the trick. Flushed for 14 days with ph'd water.

Enjoy..

Got the girls hanging, I cut off all the watering leaves and hung the plant whole. May take a bit longer this way but hey I have already waited 70 days. The gnats.. oh my easily 20 hours of removing stuck gnats from buds. I wouldnt wish this upon my worst enemy. My mistake was leaving standing water in the trays after the runoff - leaving the room for 2 weeks and my girlfriend not being able to lift the trays to drain. Also not diagnosing the problem of gnats from early on.. I know swear by nematoads..

$$ became and issue towards the end, didnt realize how much coco, nutes, ph down yada yada I would be going thru as I tried to take plants from clone to flower. Taking cuts, transplanting etc.. I trually under-estimated the time, and commitment this takes.

Traveling and snowboarding has been an issue, but I have figure a way to dial the room so I can leave for 2-3 days. I just purchased an ex cloner and the blumat auto watering system so I am hoping I can leave the room for upto a week.

Hand watering needs to be easier as I expand, I am going to purchase a little giant pump and wand if I decide the blumats arent working out. But making nutes and feeding via 32 ounce cups has been time consuming. As with any job its about finding ways to do your job easier.

I ended up making a dryer cabinet with the leftover pvc, and black and white poly I had laying around, saved the $400 on a fancy grow hut. The scisor hash came out dark and dank!! Very excited to smoke on this Kush, it will be the first Kush I have smoked outside of CA...

Should be pulling the Sour D within the next 4 days ( I started the flush at the same time so it will end up with a 19 day flush...?? )

I really appreciate all the help and guideness I recieved from these froms. Looking forward to working on special genetics and getting colorado on the Kush Train..

And now for the Sour D.

Plants grew huge.

1st Generation Cut

2nd Generation Cut

The first Generation cut I recieved looked much more like Sour D, but the taste was awful. I figure someone can use it for cooking but dont plan on giving this to my patients. The second generation cut was taken from a clone from the first gen. The flavor of the buds is very tasty, but far from diesel. Similiar to NYC I have had in the past.

High Leaf to Bud ratio compared to the Bubba x Master. Ended up with some dead yellowed watering leaves in the final poduct even after a long trim session. I think next time I will need to cut leaves more while on the plant.

Happy Run.

next time I plan on flusing for 7 days.
