Can someone help and give me tips for a indoor grow with no nutrients.

all i got right now is the 200watt CFL and fans.

no offense, buy some kind of nutes... either to put in your soil, or to feed through watering.... you need good soil and especially if your only using 200W of CFL. its gonna be hard for you to get and kind of dense buds...

yeah bro, at least get yourself a cheap bottle of Alaska 5-1-1 (about $8 at any garden store)
if you're really set on going without nutes, you could give Subcool's Super Soil or Moonshineman's Moonshine Mix a try. They both use ph'ed water only for feeding.

Subcool Super Soil - http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=140651&highlight=Super+Soil

-> Full Batch (12 cubic feet)

8- Large bags (1.5 cubic ft. ea) High quality Organic soil with Mycorrhizae
(i.e. Roots Organic)

25-50 lbs. Organic Worm castings
5 lbs. Steamed Bone Meal
5 lbs. Bloom Bat Guano (Fruit Bat – High P)
5 lbs. Blood Meal
3 lbs. Rock Phoshates
¾ Cup Epsom Salts
1 Cup Sweet Lime (Powdered Dolomite)
1 Cup Azomite (Trace Elements)
2- TBS Powdered Humic Acid

Run off on this mix after a 4 week sitting with 7 ph water is 6.3

MoonshineMan Mix - http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=23970

(bag of each)
Ocean Forest
Planting Mix (guano/castings)
Light Warrior
Black Gold
Coco Brick(small brick)
1 cup peace of mind (for flower)
2- 5 gal buckets worth of perilite....

Good luck bro. You can pull some great smoke from a 200w CFL

if you want easy nutes for the beginner level gro then I suggest going with a 1-part like gh flora nova series. If you really want no nutes, water only, then use the moonshine mix (several versions), subcools mix, or blazeoneup's mix:

BLAZEONEUP MIX
2 cubic feet of pro mix (any type)
2 cubic feet of Miracle gro organic choice (green bag) OR Ocean Forest (1 bag @1.5cf)
1 cubic foot of course perlite
¾ cup dolomite lime
1½ cups blood meal
1½ cups bone meal
this will equal about 30 gallons of mix. there are a few other versions of this mix out there, but this one worked wonders for me with peakseeds northern berry. search "Blazeoneup hits the dirt again"

MOONSHINEMIX (stickied in the forums)
1 bag FF Ocean Forest (teal bag)
1 bag FF Planting Mix (red bag)
1 bag FF Light Warrior (blue bag)
5 -6 gallons Chunky Perilite
1 Cup Peace of Mind Fruit and Flower (yellow box)
*1 cup Peace of Mind Starter Mix (light blue box)
* added from original mix
There are tons of versions with this mix too, just search it up. all will work well, but this one fits the bill for low cost.....about 40-45 gallons of mix if i remember right.
