How Does Your Grow Cope With The Cold?

Has anyone tried sitting a powerful magnet @ the base of their plant?

I seem to remember reading somewhere th@ it helps plants manage cold temps...but cannot remember WHERE I saw it!

I Do understand not being able to run electrically wh@ you want....My house is 70+ yrs old and has 15 amp breakers...some are upgraded to 20 amp, but not all or even most of them....

Gotta stagger the power point usage...

dderw....sounds like you need a fridge/microwave Flip/Flop! :)

PS...I'm dealing with heat, not cold @ the moment...

How hot?...@ 2:15 AM the water temp from my cold water tap is 35 deg C...or 95 F!

I'm Chillin' my res before I even Nute her up just to prevent lock-out! :)

My veg area's hitting in the low 50's and growth has slowed to a crawl, I don't have enough amps left to run a space heater in there either, I literally have my place maxed out, I have to unplug my fridge to run my microwave. 100 year old building with 15amp screw fuses, sucks

Bummer..

I want to go bigger wattages too..

I've thought about a subpanel from the main box to the growroom.
Thats prolly the only way I could do it.

It's rental so I can't go adding a sub panel.
The back bed room and kitchen are all on one 15amp circuit, hence the micro/fridge issue, I only have a total of 4 circuits to use, man I have heavy duty extension cords running all over to take advantage of all circuits, I've thought it out the best I can.

A thought from a brownie-induced body relaxing stone....:smokeit: :smokeit: :smokeit:

Someone ought to build'N'sell a portable powergrid system!...Move in, lay out the power grid [cables] secrue them [to ceilings], wire the power into the system...and BLAMMO!...a GrowGrid!...Custom ciruit breakers, alams and doodahs!...hehehe..:smokeit:

When ya move out....reverse the process!
