Why take that so personal?? The OP is from Cali, therefore he/she is thinking of Cali-- There is nothing Constituents from one State can do in another-- It is on the People of each State to make their voices heard--
Not flaming ya man...just didn't get why you said that--
Peace--

whodi, all eyes will be on Cali this November. This election will be very important across the US, and win or lose there will be ramifications in all states. Well presuming the assembly doesn't make TC2010 irrelevant by passing AB390. I guess I think AB390 actually has half a shot of getting through.

Cali may well be the lynchpin domino that will clear the entire board if we can get it to fall. Or stop the dominos from falling if TC2010 fails.

Spread the word that no mater what we rally in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
November 2012 is the first real chance a real Legalization initiative has in California I fear.

We are going to get the least concessions in the first round of negotiations. Once it sinks in and folks are used to it they will be willing to be in public light and record about Cannabis. right now doing so is like outing yourself.

Catch 22 if you ask me.. Folks don't want to expose themselves because it's still illegal and a hella-taboo in some areas of this State. So these supporters of Cannabis who live under fear won't have that fear excuse after this year I hope.

Look at what is offered.. It's more about offering non-cannabis people privileges with both Ab390 and Tc2010 than it is giving the Cannabis people rights to the plant.

So the only answer is get it "Legal" we can use that in a public way to actually get volunteers to change the law for the better in 2012.

If the cannabis people won't stand up in 2012 then all hope is lost for a while and the people will have chosen to continue the silent opposition and continue to go to prison.

We can't be lazy on this..

Prison is a bad place for mellow cannabis gardeners.

cannabis will be legalized when the general public knows and is o.k. with what we do on this forum. how can we expect the majority of americans to please read their cannabis legalization ballots carefully when 40% of people don't even vote? either way this prohibition is absolutely ridiculous unless you own stock in the CIA. lol, give it up OBAMA^^
