Chicago Burbs Hydro shop!!

Let me start off by saying, thanks, to everybody who contributes their great knowledge on this wonderful forum

Well, I was nervous about going to a hydro shop (being my first time) + being young and hispanic does not help. And let me tell you it's waaaay different than I imagined. The two employees there were young with piercings and very helpful. I was expecting some older conservative people to be there but I guess not.

I was like a kid in a candy store!! lol They have TONS of stuff there that they don't have on the site. It was a very pleasant experience and will be going back soon. Just thought I'd share if anybody lives near the western Chicago burbs.

I hate to be a downer -I really do - but the employees were never the problem short a few isolated incidences in which they were proven to rats. It's the cops watching film on the building 24/7 and catching tags.

Happens all the time. Numerous busts were started this way across the country.

oh well, but I didn't see any cops around and I know I wasn't being followed. AND I don't have any plants. Soo... we shall see what happens.

They dont have to follow you...they take your plate number. Check up on you later...maybe. They make lists..checkup later. Folks with priors get priority to get fucked with. That being said, if you are growing for personal use...I wouldnt worry too much. Read the state laws from the norml website...minimize risk...be careful. It is risky business shopping at those stores...take the necessary precautions.

Brew n grow / altgarden is a good shop.. May be one of the most professional in the states.. BUT

just like all shops there is a risk. Back in the late 80's the FBI had surveillance on the western suburb brew n grow and many people got in trouble.

Just be careful and grow safe!

i gotta good laugh outta it at least.. oughta get my eyes checked cuz this's been happening alot lately..

anyways man - dont sweat it about the plates if your doin a personal stash.. park a few blocks away next time just in case.

lol @ Chicago Bulls hydro shop..that would be pretty cool. And yeah maybe I'll park a good distance next time. But, the thing is it's located in a "warehouse/industrial business park" there's like warehouses all over the place. And the closest place besides THEIR parking is pretty damn far.
