Try boiling the butter again in fresh water, will take abit of the taste away... done this a few times and it gets ALOT better.
i find it best to make chocolate balls from the butter for minimum taste of weed with extra sugar its delicious
If you re-melt the butter with water...let it cool and separate...then remover the water and crap in it , throw butter into fresh water and repeat...
Ya do this 2-4 times and most, if not all of the plant matter will be removed from the butter...
As to the taste...chocolate helps..you could have a hot buttered Bhang drink {not too bad!}...you could mix it with icing sugar to make an icing/filling...
make vegetable oil instead of butter...i spent 25 years not liking edibles til my bro made me some cake w veg oil instead of butter, ive gained 20 lbs this year because of it! cant taste a thing!
An ingredient I like to use with baked goodies is almond extract. Even after doing a water cure while making butter, there's still a green taste. I know what you mean, I dont care for it eather. Almond extract does a good job of hiding the taste. You don't need much... mabey 1 teaspoon per standard batch of cookies or bread.
Got oil simmering with water and bud/trim/leaf/stems in a crock pot out the back as I type...and the oil has been steeping in other bud/trim/leaf/stems on a heatpad 2-3 months...gonna be some good stuff, I hope!

There's always chocolate. Find a good fudge recipie. I would give you mine, but its a family thang. Find one that calls for a 1/2 cup or whole stick of butter or just add the extra butter yourself to which ever recipe you choose. And just use cannabutter.
