Well I'm new to growing and new to this site. Have a seat and watch me and my plants grow. My dad got his card from the state and wants me to grow for him so away we go.
Build it they will grow!!

So I just started with bag seeds un-till I get my good seeds in the mail. This is my first real try at growing so I will be improving my equipment as this grow moves forward. I just bought 5 1000 watt MH ballast with socket and bulbs for $260. I know I will not need that much power for awhile but at that price and could not pass it up (thanks CL). As for now I started with chicken brewters from the local hardware with cfl that were on sale. They are 1600 lumens each and are great for seedlings. I bought a 4 ft two bulb t-12 light with 6400 lumens from home depot $17.00 out the door with bulbs. The plants are very close to the t-12 all most no heat from this light and the plant love it. Lights are 24/7 but will being buying a timer and might run 20/4 un-till I move them under the MH. I will be vegging under that lamp for at least a week un-till I Flip them. I want a hps for flower but all i have is the MH so I will see how this works for flower. I might talk my self into getting a conversion bulb if i can find one cheaper then my car payment lol. Please any questions and tips welcome just glad to be hear.

sure did I fliped them on christmas. I have some new photos but my internet is down but I have a whole room for flower. The tallest one is about 16 iches when I put them under the 1000 watter. What do you use for a flower booster I was thinking about koolbloom but know little about it.

Yep All I used was super thrive in all my water and some fox farm gb now im giving them tiger bloom with the ST. Thinking of getting dry koolbloom towards the end any one like this product??

These are all at 4 weeks when I flipped them. I wanted to veg for 8 weeks but my plants got up to 16 inches and Thought they were big enough. You can see in one pic how much room was in my closet so I was forced to Flip them. My best plant is female and I was wondering if i could but it back under 24/7 and use it for the mother? Any one know if this is a good idea. They have been flowering only a week. Any advice ?? also thanks for all the post it means a lot. I got the vert thing going and they love it. when they get crowded i will add another 1000 watter since i have 5 of them.

Lil more. Yeah plants are about 16 when i flipped them I dont have a date on my camera but i planted the seeds directly in dirt on thanks giving so there are no older then 5 weeks at 16 on average. Any one know if thats good?? this is my first grow thanks again.
