Yes, def male flowers on there. How far into flower are you? It looks a little early to have so many male flowers. You can't be more then 2.5/3 weeks in tops. If you were 6/7 weeks in you could live with it. Have you figured out the cause? Tighten up that room, ie light leaks, temp fluctuations, etc. If that's the only prob in your garden I'd get rid of it, quick.
