Update Time: Everything I've got going

Alright, updating all of the plants I've got going in flower. Starting with the oldest.

On ten days ago (10/12) I cut the top of Stony Bud at day 69, hung it for 7days then 3days in a bad, still not fully dried, but I smoked a lower bud and the high is nice, balanced and has a good long duration. The flavor is not quite developed, but also isn't overly vegatative.

This bud weighs about an ounce, this shit is dense!

So this one I cut and just put a new Stony Bud in, I will show that one later in the post.

Chocolate Trip Day 70 - This strain is great, super compact and dense.

I cut the main top off to let the rest go another 5 days, there is a lot of bud here and I want it to bulk up like the top, which weighs in over 2 ounces although it is freshly cut.

UK Cheese Day 45 - I had some fertilizing problems after dropping this plant, you can see the yellowing of the leaves, the problem has passed and the bud looks great, it does have a real bad lean, oh well.

Berkeley Days 43 - I can see the Train Wreck traits clearly in this plant, but also some of the characteristics that are not in this plant, such as the fuzzy leaf TW gets. It smells great! like TW but less chemical, pinesol.

Like the Cheese it has a leaning problem.

OG Kush Day 37 - All time number one strain, this bud looks different than the last OG which had very calyces-y bud and this is more classic but...its still amazing OG Kush

The feeding needs on this strain are finicky...

Frost Kush Days 30 - The last run of this strain, sad to see it retired, it been a good cross, but its not OG.

Train Wreck Day 22 - Also the last run of this strain, its been great, but Berkeley seems to be an improved version, at least with regards to the system I am running them in. We know where to find more TW if need be.

She's bushy cause i acc. topped her, pinched too hard.

Berry Bolt Day 15 - Thought I'd give some new genetics a shot, looks good so far, a bit on the tall side.
picture.php

Low Ryder Day 13 - She's staying nice and stout, good branching.

Stony Bud Day 5 - Last, but mos def not least, the final plant in the line up.

I figure I will shut down the flowering once this plant comes out. I have many reasons for this, one is that is puts my last plant coming out around christmas, which will hopefully be about a month before I move out of my small apartment where I can setup a more well rounded flowering space.
Also the crosses i made, the Northern Lights ones, those are going to be off the hook, it could add the resin production that stony bud needs.

Anyways, thats the line up, things are looking great to me, even with the miner issues here and there, but no real problems yet. My harvests should be timed nicely to allow each one to be cut and dry just as another is ready to come out. It seems like we achieve a perpetual grow right before its time to shut down. i realize it is pretty silly to have had my indoor grow season during summer when it should have been winter....what ever time to smoke some more Stony Bud 69 days, dried 10, cheers Funkstarfish, etc...

Those plants sure do look nice. That Stoney Bud is something else too. Do you plan to run it in a larger container and see how it does?

Hey FunkBomb, thanks for stopping by. I'd love to run the Stoney Bud in a larger pot, but right now I don't have the space or time, one day though this one deserves an outdoor grow the yield would be epic. This one gave me just over an ounce and a half in a one gallon, feed schedule mistakes, getting pollinated, yadda yadda, means even this could have been a better run I'd like to see what it could even do with a good solid run a two gall even, maybe i will pot the day 5 one up...anyways enough rambling long story short, yes funkbomb i do plan to run this in a bigger container it would be an injustice not to :)
peace...

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for chiming in on this grow, it was a lot of fun, sadly cut short, and on hold indefinitely. I hope to start flowering again within 6 months. In the future stay tuned for new genetics such as OG KUSH X North Lights mix (NLm), UK Cheese X NLm, and so on...Happy New Year all! Hope 2010 brings wonderful new smoke to all and to all a good smoke. :)

Dangerously, if you dont mind my asking. Would you recommend the liquid karma as a "must have" to go with the botanicare line? Anyone else reading feel free to chime in as well. I went without it on this go but am considering it for the next run. Thanks in advance.

Hey Greeny, I love Liquid Karma it adds really good micronutes, great Humic acid and succulent extract that help with growth regulation. I also like its NPK, .1-.1-.5 , making it perfect to add to other ferts, like a grow formula. So yeah, LK is a "must have" I find that my weed plants like it about once a week, and my house plants like it about once a month, versitile stuff this Liquid Karma.
I've also had great results with Root Juice from BioBizz, its a nice low, balanced NPK and adds good micros and humic acid.
Both of these are essential for coco growing, since using them in conjunction with Bontaicare's Grow/Bloom line of nutes.
Hope this helps Greeny, anymore questions let me know.

Thanks for the response dangerously. I appreciate the recommendation as well as the knowledge. I use tap water and since it comes in around 150ppm I have decided against the cal/mag and instead used botanicare sweet. Have you used this product with any success or shortcomings? So far I would say it has helped develop them much fuller than I am used to seeing and I prefer it over dry MG that has to be diluted in. I will definitely invest in the LK. Thanks again.
