The Detox Drinks are overpriced Bull$hit. Drinking large amounts of Water, Gatorade, Cranberry Juice, or any other liquid will accomplish the same thing - Dilution. You can take Creatine and B-12 in hopes that the specific gravity in your sample is within range, but risking your source of income is probably not worth betting on "hopes". If your sample is negative - dilute, you will be retested anyway (which in your case might be a good thing as it will buy you more time). But, if you would like to to have piece of mind when taking every test, use a Synthetic Urine from a Reputable Manufacturer. Labs utilize synthetic urine to calibrate their testing equipment. You can find more information on drug testing laws in the US by following the link below (If it won't let me post the link, just google "Drug Testing Laws". If you use a quality synthetic urine, the only things you have to worry about are keeping it out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time and making sure the temperature of the sample is within range. If you felt that your situation was important enough to post a question here on the forum, don't leave the results up to chance - Use a Substitute Sample that you know without a doubt is clean. If you get one from a friend, make sure he or she isn't taking any medications whatsoever. And you can use female piss as a male because it is illegal in the united states to test for DNA UNLESS you consent to it. Read the paper your are signing before you sign it. There is a forum on Cannabis dot com that is very helpful.

That helps in the weeks prior to testing, but that is NOT what you want to do for a few days prior to being tested because Exercise = "burning fat" thereby excreting THC metabolites at a higher than normal rate and therefore failing your test. If anything, you want to be as sedentary as possible and eat a diet that is high in fat in order to keep the metabolites from being excreted in your urine. Be glad they don't take poop samples because the majority of THC metabolites in your body are excreted via your back door. Seriously, if you want to find someone that really knows their stuff and can back it up, hop on over to the cannabis dot com drug testing forums and look for posts by Burnt Toast. Another user named Killerweed420 posts a lot of good information too. I wish ICMAG would create a halfway decent thread on Drug Testing for Cannabis because I hate having to visit a bunch of different sites for quality information.

Nah get the wrong color on purpose....when they give you a strange look just say you half black...just the lower half.
so far I've only been tested once (randomly) and once was mandatory physical and I was carrying synthetic urine in a small bottle, secured to my body w/a pocket warmer taped to the bottle. It worked and now I carry one every day at work. This synthetic urine is what the labs use to test samples they recieve. It's around 6o bucks per bottle and it is a pain to keep up with, but so far it has worked and it is keeping me employed. The big thing is maintaining the temperature and making sure you carry it in a way that they wont check....I don't keep mine in pockets, because they make us empty our pockets prior to going into the bathroom. I wrap mine to a leg wrap before I go in, and it comes off at the end of the day and I maintain 90 degrees all day. good luck

I test myself with dip tests purchased over the internet which are fairly cheap prior to the real thing. I seem to "clean out" in about 2 weeks consistently. Not an every day smoker, more like 3 days on, 3 days off. Those 3 days on are usually all day affairs with some kind of endurance, long run, type activity thrown in. Still having to take a piss test is damm annoying and nerve racking. Good luck.

i smoke only on occasional weekends nowadays, & i pee clean in less than 5 days. infrequent use is normally undetectable in urinalysis between 3 & 8 days max. checked myself w/a test from pharmacy. i sleep better now... armedoldhippy

I would seriously think about gaining some fat after the wourk out phas, so the eventually remaining thc-storing fat cells would be buried under a new layer of clean fat cells.
At least this is what I do to pass the text every time I have to renew my driving licence.
Stay clean for a month during which you work out a lot in order to speed up your metabolism, then a week before stop exercising, gain fat and slow down your metabolism. For me it has always done the trick and I really hope it will still do this july.
