There are always conflicts of information. And it is always an easy one to mix up tsp and tbs.
Folks, a tablespoon (TBS) is overkill. Use a teaspoon per gallon, and you will see all the benefits. A TBS is almost making syrup.

Hey Antimatter, could this of been the poblem you were having (70 mg of sodium per tbsp, and I was using pretty hefty tablespoons). should it of been a tsp instead of a tbs, and you did say they were hefty. Just trying to help and figure this thing out. I'm in the process of using this formula, and am following closely. So don't stop you guy's....I'm liable to run into Ya.
Thank's to everyone involved on a great thread. B.Boy

P.s. HossierDaddy 2-3 week's fermentation time...Damn that's along time, And I better get started. Is this a Must do..? or is there something I should look for that signal's completion.?

WHOA WHOA WHOA.... I have never used honey to grow weed, ever. But I have used it to grow Liquid Cultures of P.cubensis an it works GREAT to keep away the bad micros, but im not sure if the micros that do the work in the soil will like it, but if they are strong enough so to speak, im sure they could.

hi;
i will grow in coco + wormcasts mix .

i want to use mollasses for that organic coco mix.

i also want to make wormcasts tea brewing.

i dont live in USA or UK.

there is not blackstrap molasses here.

can i use grape, carob or mulberry molassess ?

I live in Germany and have been using a product made from sugar beets. It has been working great and it has similar properties like BSM. Just go to a local Bio or organic food store. You can also use raw sugar and syrup.

O.K. once it's brewed, does it have a shelf life or does it require immediate use..?
Do I keep it in the bucket w/air and heat, and keep feeding it molasses..?

It is best used right away. The longer it sits the less active bacteria you will have. You can keep it brewing up to 3 days and that is stretching it. Do not use to much molasses. 1 to 2 TSP per gallon is best. Temp. around 72 degrees.

Thank's Vonforne, one more thing...Is this mixture to be fed straight or reduced..?
If reduced what's the ratio....?
once again thank's to all for the information...much appreciated..!

Im gonna give it another go with the 1 teaspoon, and add once a week. All this time I thought it was 1 tablespoon but I just reread that molasses sticky and its 1 tsp not tbsp, damm I remember giving 10 massive tablespoons to a 25 gallon container on a consistant basis!!! thats overkilllll

I use a fortified soil mix so I always dilute so it looks like weak iced tea. Make sure you use tepid water. The ratio would be about 10 to 1 to start and then to 5 to 1 later.

The addition of molasses to Carboload would be redundant. Carboload has enough carbohydrates to feed your micro herd. If you really want to add molasses, I'd recommend using it and Carboload at half the normal dose.

thanks advanced.i cant find here blackstrap molasses thats why i bought AN carboload.
i also bought vodoo piranha and tarantula :)
i love AN

It's just that for me I don't have any other way to go but to try and use whats in the kitchen as nutes, so if it works great. And thanks again for the info.:joint:

Just wanted say a while back I was using only molasses as a nutrient because it was all I could get, due to my situation. Now I was able to get some stuff from BioBizz and doing good, I still use molasses just not as much. I also got some Sweet Grape from Botnicare. The girls have wasted no time flowering and are going crazy. Should be just four more weeks. I crossbred a indica/sativa with a hardy sativa that is working on a nice cola bud now. I don't know what they really are, their given to me by two different people. so I should have some interesting seeds from them
