I usually don't worry about minor occurrences like this unless they continue and spread. Hard to be perfect all the time. If it spreads, or get worse in a day or 3, then you may have a problem. You may not.

Your high humidity though may lead to an easier occurrence of mildew or rot. Me thinks that during flower I try to keep my room around 35% to 40%.

They don't look too bad yet, but I suspect you may have more trouble coming soon from your 'watering schedule'.

"6.5 liter square pots,
water liter every 3 days,"

Cannabis is way too fast growing to conform to a watering schedule. The basic rule of watering is; As thoroughly as possible, as infrequently as possible. Each watering has to completely wet all the soil in the pot. Between waterings, enough time must pass that the roots are encouraged to grow deeper in search of more water and nutrients. With proper growth, the interval between waterings can change drastically in only a week or so. Directly after a repot, the thoroughly wet mix may take a week to dry enough for the next watering. But, with the roots growing at normal speed (very fast) the next interval might be as short as three days. Then after that, it might be daily. All these times are just rough guesses. Dialing it in will mean taking into consideration things like; the soilmix, ratio of pot size to plant, the amount of light, etc.
