Directing cables out of a grow tent?

This would probably be a question suited for a newbie section but I couldn´t really find one so excuse the "basicness" of my question..

I´m setting up in a Dark Room 40 growtent and I´m a bit confused about directing the wiring and cables from the lights etc OUT of the tent.
Would a kind soul using a growtent mind sharing what "openings" or "holes" they use for the wiring and how to set it up without any light leaking in the tent?

I use one of the venting holes to run all my power cords, sensors, etc. into my tent.

I do the same. Through one of the duct flaps. But, I dont really worry about light getting in due to the location of my tent. Duct tape fixes everything bro!

Thanks alot for the tips!
I did some snooping around to see if any of you tent growers had a journal running with some detailed pics of your setup to get a bit of inspiration on how to set it all up. But as you probably already figured out... No luck

So if you by any chance find yourself one day with a nagging urge to post some pics of how you set up all the gear in your tent.. Don´t hold back!

First pic is the lights & scrubber. I've got 3 outlet extension cords running down both sides of the tent for fans, etc. Scrubber is an Elf from HydroHuts.
