Is it a recycling system do you have a rez or is there a pump in each pot.
My 1st system was a drip system i had the pump going 15min on 15min off. once the roots r in the water u should have no problem with the plants drying out just keep the water level just under the net pots. For young plants u can rise the water level above the bottom of the net pots so they don't dry out.
The more air the better in DWC
Just read about the algae in your visitor menu u may have some light getting throw the pots you can fix it up with oxyplus h202 if the roots start to smell u have a problem.
i decided to go without a rez each bucket is seperate i have 1 commercial air pump connected to 4 seperate air stones and 4 seperate $10 air pumps that come with the waterfarm hooked up to each dripper i chose to go without a rez so i can experiment with different strains at the same time and incase somthing bad happens it only happens to a single plant also i didnt like the idea of drilling a hole in the lower part of the bucket the waterfarm buckets are flat on 4 sides so the whole is water tight my buckets are round so it didnt seem like the greatest idea to drill into them . i dont have any signs of algae water in buckets is clear

just started to juice the biggirl 467ppm .92ec with conni a/b52/sensym cant wait to see her explode little ones gonna start nutes in a few days still waitin for them to ask for some just startin to see some roots poppin out the bottom of the nets

whats up im on week 4 1 of the boldts is startin to flower other 2 showed sex and are a week behind in size and the bb is looking great all 4 were females p1-3 is the biggirl 4is the bb

hope everyone had a happy and very high new years, i did we made a batch of brownies i put in 1/8 of some great bubblehash 1/2oz of my ak, 2g kief and still couldnt od i want to get that drunk feeling where you say ill never drink again except on weed lol i heard people puttin alot less in a batch and gettin stuck in bed for days miserable lol i read of one girl crying hysterically off a batch that didnt even have half i what i put lol she was prob crazy to begin with i didnt get there but they had 10 of us trippin ballz add to that 2 bottle of patron a couple botlle of don with some hydroponic strwberries my homegirl grew she was very proud and about 4different halfoz it was was a great time any now the update
things been very good and green around here starten to smell lovely week 1 of flower im at 1080ppms using conni a+b, b52, bud candy,budignitor,kushikush,bigbud,senszym on the boldts and im at 900ppms on the bb
one of the boldts is huge compared to the rest its gettin 1200ppms 2morrow its seemed to seperate itself so i got it on a seperate feeding schedule. i been thinkng of switchin t 12/12 to flower the boldts cause they seem like they dont want to bud under 18/6 and let the bb just continue budding im a loose on the bb yield but i have to flower the boldts before they get out of controle
also my icecream and northern lights seedlings are gonna be pulled out of the aerogarden tomorrowand put in buckets as when i changed the water i took off the top and i have nice stringy furryroots prob 2ft long and dont want them to get tangled up with each other plants are only about 4-5in tall eating 300ppms of conniA very green i haveno where to really put 2 more buckets so i plan on letting veg under 24 hours 125wcfl in a corner of my bedroom until i have pulled somethng out of my tent hopefully withn the next 3weeks month latest i will post more pics tomorrow i dont know why my camera only saverd 3 of the pics but i have to do a bucket swap 2morrow with the big bitchso im take tons of pics i gotta pic up the budfactorx and some otherthings at the hydrostore im thinking of adding a 6'canfan440cfm and a can33filter but dont want to overdo it as my temps and humidity are perfect and dont want to change them at all i want it to remove the smell which is startin to become an issue in my head i live alone so its not a bigproblem more of precaution i need to take if my house doesnt have to smell like fresh greenery why let it know what i mean cant be to safe my tent is only 2x4x5 so i think i might have to get a fanspeed controller and only run it occasionally i have no idea what type of schedule to run it on though any advice on this is topic is very much appreciated i figured i can slow the fan down and possibly in the future pull air out of 2 tents side by side with it through a can 50 if need be mathmatically it works people use that fan for tents more then 2x the size of mine so why not 2of mine

would you trim some of the big girls bush? many many fanleaves im constantly tryin to fold and tuck away to open light to the many bud sites under them that are being blocked but im loosing that battle so far i can use some input on that

Leave those bushy girls alone. They don't need any trimming at all. When they go into their stretch it will open things up. They are all looking good too. In the future when you have a plant that is only throwing 3 fingered leaves you should let it vegg until it is putting out 5 fingered leaves and you will get a better yield. I am betting that was a clone from someones very old mother plant and that it already had preflowers on it when you got it.

heres alittle update on whats goin on my blueberry is lookin incredible sweet and crystally should be close to done
now the bad news i lost 1of the yumboldts do to a hermi other ones are lookin great no nuts one is stretchin like crazy just startin to bud up no nugs yet some white hairs and one is budding up nicely many many nice buds forming startin to stink pics will be up after football also i ended up addin cfls those leds couldnt penatrate the lower part of the plant wasnt looking good now i got about 400w of cfls in the tent as supplementary lighting and they are loving it im not giving up on leds just not for growing trees im sure if i would of scrog they would be much better. next run im gonna use ledgirls 206 or mabe 2x126 lights and veg with my ufos did great there
