Yeah cheers mate! And good luck for your own. It was 120.5gm once I added 1gm for what I smoked (I definitely smoked more than 1gm!). There's actually 117gm in those shots you see, and 3.5gm of the most popcorny stuff that I kept seperate. Hope the season is treating ya well.

Edit: Not a spec of mold btw. Anyone with mold problems, open yo' intakes. Peace.

Pretty sure I'm gonna rock the 4x36w verticals after I finish flowering these ones but we'll see what happens. Might get bizzy on sketchup when I get a chance.

Those two 80mm clear fans I had on the bases are removed now, they had worn right out. They were advertised as bearing fans but I think they were sleeve. One was real loud and both were dusty and slide up and down on the spindle. The Smart Fan IIs are still blowing like champs.

I lost a clone already, it keeled over.

I think I was high when I decided the weed had no taste, it's all good, it's just super clear and it'll be insane in 8 months or so. I'm really hanging out for this new crop of different stuff! I've been smoking the Pure for a long ass time now.

No worries bro Humidity is always pretty high. I don't look at it much since I stopped worrying. It's been raining a little so right now ambient is 78rh and inside cab is 76. It's not usually quite that high but pretty close. If you want the secret to not getting mould, here it is. After trying it out, I have to say that Pharma Geddon was on the right track - "I strongly suspect that it is using negative pressure that causes the mould problems, or rather lack of positive pressure.". I've never had mould inside so I can't say 100%, but as you can see, people thought I was nuts attempting flowering without a dehumidifier. My intakes are even more restricted this second time, but probably free-er flowing than most. In my opinion mould is related to excess negative pressure more than lack of positive pressure, but that's just an opinion. No real science other than it working for me twice.

Note: This is more evidence that the approx .5 to .6 GPW for PL-L lights seems to be holding steady in the better grows here on ICM.

For flourescent lights? Really, that's a pretty good overall result and is starting to firm up to be a good rule of thumb.

For those keeping score? That's about 1 oz per 55w PL-L lamp.

Scrubs, do you know you can run a cheap heater at a low temp to lower RH? I'll edit this post after I find what they are cAlled.

Edit: took a good 35 minutes if digging in my attic, shed, and basement.
Alright they are called: bionaire bh3955. What it is is a metathermic heater with a digital thermostat. This Is an old model but works well. What it does is heats up your room, but at the same time burns air. But in your situation it will burn H2O (water) and will leave oxygen. Just think of this as a dehum.. I run it at 65 F and it does wonders.h

G'day Para thanks, that's the thing though, humidity is not as big of a deal on it's own as people make out. I've read the science, but all I can say is it's always humid here in the tropics and plants grow fantastically outdoors. A heater would be counterproductive as heat is a problem. The humidity (imo) becomes a problem when you have excess negative pressure, which most people do. People get mold with low humidity, people get it with high humidity, therefore, humidity is not the direct cause. Take this with a grain of salt of course, but that is my firm belief.

Fatigues, yeah I agree. I think it's going to raise significantly as the next wave of uptakers try it too. I don't mean to keep moaning about it but remember this was with old nutes that fell out of solution, I was getting my head around guano/organics in hydro, I used less bulbs, I didn't water every day, a hot summer, pests, and the list goes on. Only making the point cos when a truly supreme grower tries them out, and dials them, in the professional sort of controlled setup like I see plenty of here on IC, the results will be massive

StealthD, great question. I can tell you in advance the next run/s are crap! But the runs after that, oh boy, it will be on 4 realz then I will have the new strains dialled a little, and more familiar with all the organic stuff I use.

I'd really like to change the circulation fan setup, it's a pain in the ass and I lost so much of my canopy to them. I'd like to introduce a thermostat so the stealth is automatic. I'd like to set up a proper watering/draining system which may neccesitate a hydro medium. I can't see myself doing much of that this run though, not with 4 Z's of skunk lying around, haha. So as we can see, I pretty much just chucked the plants in and it's same again.

The Leda Uno and TWxPDs are just to get some new smoke quickly, and find the keepers, and come to grips with organics. Then I'll focus on yield and fem seed again next time. I haven't grown from seed much and so far I'm not a big fan of them indoors.

Tent peg LST is the next big thing. I'm over scrogs for now. I think the only time I would use a screen now is in certain vertical situations.

I will not disagree with you on the positive/negative pressure. It's same as a stale swamp if there is no air moving around. Which is another way of saying mould. By the way, working on my case right now. Got a quick question,
Air leaks, what is the best way to cover/ close them completely? I used hot glue to cover most holes, also use those thick plastic construction bags to cover major leaking spots. Anything else I could be using for better results?

I use black tape usually mate. Just scored a roll of aluminium tape recently and I LOVE it. Seriously, it's so good. It has backing paper so you can cut your pieces and see if they fit before unpeeling the paper and sticking it. It's really wide too. Otherwise panda plastic comes in handy for bigger jobs.

Anyone made canna pills? That's where the popcorn is going. I found more popcorn on the branches from when I originally cut it to dry. This is 5.2gm and should make a fair few caps. I started water curing it tonight. Gonna WC more soon for my glycerin tincture. Hope all is well.
