Dry Bud

I dried my bud too long and the nugs are so dry that when I try to trim them they come apart. What can I do to get them a lil moist so they won't be so brittle.

Put a fresh MJ leaf in the jar with them

does adding lettuce to dry buds make the buds smell bad or the same?

lettuce is better than the mj leaf, the mj leaf will degrade fast and produce heat, lettuce is more inert and holds more water , a drop a water in the jar is best imo, it will spread and even out pretty fast

if you can , put some fresh buds in with the dry ones, that way you wont lose on flavor and the other buds will start to dry as well.

air the jar out every few hours, else you risk having mold grow on your bud

I usually just moisten a cotton ball or paper towel and throw that in a jar with the bud.
