He told you
"we've decided that your application is VERY satisfactory". Not just o.k, but VERY satisfactory! The same guy who claimed in the beginning that he was giving you the house so cheap so that "you can respect it and keep it tidy" just like he does.
Yeah, keep it clean with 15 people in the house! Scam.....scam.....scam.... LOL..... scam......LMAO.......scam....
(and you live at a detention center, with an occupation as a ditch digger - LMAO!!!)

There are plenty of scamsters out there. I had a guy try to rent me a house last year that was well into foreclosure. When the neighbors told me I backed out immediately. Even funnier he had quit his job a few days earlier thinking he'd be collecting from me for the next 2 years.

I still see news articles about people that fall for these scams. The latest one is a puppy scam where the puppies are in Nigeria or Ghana or whatever and they will ship the pup to you for $500. It's particularly shitty because they post adorable pics of the "pups", tell the parents to show them to their kids, and are now pulling on people's heartstrings just to rip them off. There really are a lot of idiots out there with more money than brains though so I guess I can't feel too sorry for them but still.

My plans to open a halfway for recently paroled level one sex offenders and a st bernard rescue shelter have been approved!!!!

I'm going to get the money transfer info and send him 0.35 cents instead of the $350 he wants, then I'm going to email him that I have sent the deposit and the transfer info, lol, I can see him now having a fit a the nigerian western union when they say it's only 0.35 cents and not $350, I will of course insist I sent the whole amount, lol.
Anyway, here's his reply email.
I have registered your Shipping information with the shipping company (FEDEX DELIVERY COMPANY) and they will be ready to ship out the keys and documents to you as soon as your payment is made..
I will want you to send a deposit fee of $350 right now Via (Western Union Money Transfer) so that i can be able to ship out the keys and all necessary documentation of the house to you and to hold the house till you are ready to move in. then send the other balance as soon as you receive the packages.
I will just want you to get the payment send so that i can get the packages shipped to you Immediately.
Also, will want to let you know that i am a Revered father and i was brought up from a Christian home... so, I can never do anything to hurt you from you I swear.Please all i want from you is your TRUST and BELIEVE and I pray thy Lord Almighty should always guide us in everything we do...
I will want you to assure me that as soon as you have move into the house,you will take proper care of it.. I hope you understand me.

I'm going to claim to have sent the whole amount and that someone at WU is scamming him, as a scammer himself he will probably believe it and get into it with the nigerian WU people, 0.35 sounds like a real number that got messed up in transfer.
I'm curious what it costs to transfer 35 cents to nigeria

I really liked the part where the utilities were included. That would have been as much of a surprise as the $21000 cellphone bill last week.
Nigeria's internet connections are a source of amusement the uniformed pay for on a regular basis.
