this thread is awesome
Ok, here's the new email I just sent him, lets see what he has to say about it, I'm guessing that it will be "very satisfactory" lmao
"Hello Jason, it is with great happyness that I read your last email.
I phoned my parole officer to tell him the good news about being accepted and he informed me that state law requires that I inform you that I am a recently released, registered level one sex offender, and that my plans for the property are to use it as a halfway house for other recently paroled sex offenders, I hope this is ok as we are all reborn men of God now and begining new lives.
Also will any additional deposit be required for the extra tenents and pets?
If so that is ok, please let me know so I can send it to you along with my deposit.
God bless you

There are plenty of scamsters out there. I had a guy try to rent me a house last year that was well into foreclosure. When the neighbors told me I backed out immediately. Even funnier he had quit his job a few days earlier thinking he'd be collecting from me for the next 2 years.
Hey ddrew, tell this guy that you might need to run a meth lab for a little until you 'get back on your feet.
I wouldnt even send that much man,a single pennie is more of a diss if you ask me..which you didn't
