Ya, that is a LOUD statement hard to back up...I mean someone might have been the 'largest' grower for a season...but most usually don't know other peoples activities.

I just hope the guy doesn't get charged and it doesn't look like it, since it was the Governments error and he can 'reasonably' say that he didn't know!
