As a flight medic and paramedic field training officer for over 12 years, I can say for sure there is no way that man posed a threat to the officers in the state of anoxia he was in. He was dying. It was obvious he was in medical distress and fighting for his life to take a breath. There is only 3 minutes after you can't breathe before IRREVERSIBLE brain damage occurs. You are usually unconscious after 30 to 90 seconds depending on many factors. Im not talking about holding your breath here when you are all relaxed and in control...I'm talking full on panic. I am sure he was also not uttering a single sound as his airway was blocked!

I am so sick of people under the color of authority killing us and then whitewashing it saying it was our own fault. The sheriff says if he only would have allowed the officers to handcuff him and not resisted arrest...WTF? Hang em high

Bullshit, I bet the cops were abusing him so badly to get the bag out of his mouth...they ended up forcing it down his throat. I don't know if you think the same way, but abusing someone isn't a way to get them to not resist...I guess they consider you protecting your face, resisting!

Most people don't see as often as others, how abusive the system is and how mutually protective. You are a criminal to them and sub human, that means they have no reason to believe you...in fact every reason to not!

Ya cops always say 'if they didn't freak out about our extreme intimidation' we wouldn't have had to be the assholes we were threatening to be! I don't think they are good at stand off issues, they pretty much encourage death before capture! As that is what they are taught in the military and most cops have military training, flunked out of that and moved on to a more Mafia positions.

Cops are strait up organized criminals, if you are born in a political family then your freaking set! But if your born poor and actually go around having a good time, better be paranoid!

in my state you are better off swallowing the bag then the weed, because you are doing jail time for the bag but not that amount of pot!

They just bitch at you like you committed a felony but they just can't get it through their head...it's a civil citation, but BOY DO THEY FLIP!

They are just so dumb about what written law is, verses their attitude. They just love to prosecute people, remember that JUDGES ARE PROSECUTORS, they once were and that was their last held job before being elected....based on harsh prosecution ideals, not actually having a heart and open mind!

These people are more for minds actually split open, then open consciousness.
