Its easier now to find a Doctor that will sign your paper work. Some of the despenaries actaully have doctors comming in to do Rec's. Thier are some that require you to have copies of you med record or just chart notes, but most require of them require medical records.

this may vary depending on what part of the state you decide to move to.

If you have medical records documenting your condition, it tends to be a lot cheaper ($50-100). However if you don't have any records you can still find a doc($150-250). Who will sign off. There are some places that will pay for your doctor visit but you have to assign them as your caregiver.

Cali is very easy 95$. I here CO is just as easy. Oregon 110$ was a bit more difficult the state runs there program and requires your primary Doctor to fill out the paper work.

$120 and 5 minutes of your time. Less $ if you assign a caregiver. No records needed.

But the Colorado Health Dept is proposing changes that would make it more difficult.
