Can someone show me some really efficient 400, and 600 watt grows?

I'd like to see pics and details of some of the really efficient grows done with 400 and 600 watt lights. I will soon be upgrading my system and need a gauge to decide what size light I want.

I'd like to run a perpetual harvest with what ever size light I end up getting.

I'd like to know what is the best veg time, plant height, pot size and plant numbers to get the best gpw yield.

Ideally I'd like get get about 2 1/2lbs in about 7 or 8 months so I can relax in the summer time with plenty of buds to party like a rockstar all summer long.

I think a 400 is too small to accomplish this task, but then I see people n here saying they pulled like 8 zips from a 250 watter which makes me think anything is possible.

I will be starting up again next fall with a 250w MH veg light and a stable of moms to work with.

I wouldn't consider my style to be efficient because I can never run it for more than 3-4 months. I run an air cooled 400w system in a Jardin DR80 tent. I germinate seeds, clone, grow, and flower in Sta-Green Nursery Planting Mix from Lowes mixed with some perilite. I use Botanicare fertilizers and supplements. I usually veg for 2-2.5 weeks, and switch over into flowering. I never flower in anything larger than 5 gallons. Hell I rarely use vegetative fertilizers.

My last run went quite well. I had 2 females flowered from seed, and took 2 clones from each female. All said and done my total harvest was right at 8 oz. Not bad for a total of 6 plants.

The best thing to do perpetually is to just take clones, root them, veg them a week, and throw them into flowering. I was running Mandala strains and they kick ass if you give them a stable enviroment.

Iron Lion, if you allow me,i would just ask FunkBomb something...

Do you have any problem with those white pots? I've seen them at the growshops but they seem to let the light get through... Any problem at all, root related or other?

Sorry again Iron Lion, I hope you'll find the info you seek.
