wish things were that simple! its true that with more amber , there is a more mellow/stony type of high with most plants.. but an indica will never have the high of the sativa if chopped 'early' and a sativa can never become the same as an indica no matter how long its left to mature.

I grew some Nirvana Urban poison about 3 months ago, the high was really up, and very energizing, only got a bit foggy if i had 3 bongs +, so i'd recomend it. also helped me a lot with creative (photo/design) work. Out of the 3 females i grew 2 were really nice and clear, the third was a bit of a hard hitter and trippy as hell, but i'd say well worth a shot.

You guys can call me a douche, but I don't agree w/ the whole "harvest early-clear trics" thing. Shouldn't the goal be to find a plant that has a clear high when it is mature? Chopping down a plant early gimps the yield, resin, and flavor. Has anybody ever chopped a plant early and got a 2+ hour high? I didn't think so.

In my limited, but deeply focused view, you want to go to mexico, thailand, or vist DJ Short. I am a huge fan of the clear high and have found it in MOD bx, DJ's F13, Sam's o.haze x skunk no.1, and highland oaxacan (too clear IMO). Sam the Caveman I think you should find it in Ace's Golden Tiger, but I have never had it. Good luck!

Just received some C99 BX's and Sam's Original Haze x Skunk #1 from an order placed a few weeks back. Think I could find a hazey pheno in Sam's freebies?

Others have mentioned the C99 - I'm pretty excited about digging through its phenos. Here's to hoping!

I would go for a Haze / Blueberry hybrid.

Reason being BB tends to tame the high and comedown of Haze. For me that means absence of anxiety / paranoia and total LUCID functionality.

1000ARMSofKALI- I've had Johnny Blaze (Neville's Haze x Famous Blueberry Dad) - It's great smoke, but I would not say it's clear headed. I only had 4 females and a few crosses though.

I think you should check on ACE's and CBG stock for good quality sativa high. Usually the most clear headed highs come from the latest maturing plants, such as OT Haze and Destroyer, maybe the Leshaze too, and i think Congo and Golden Tiger as commented must have a very nice sativa high as well.

ace angola thai (the clearest high i have got)
and purple panama
have a realy clear high.
Sam oh*skunk is not bad too but the 2 ace strain have a realy realy clear high.

a clear headed nepalese crossed with some spacey afghan would be a perfect match I think.

or a landrace greenturk crossed with powerplant,mmm, I wish I had something like that

by the way, someone suggested hawaiian snow, but I think it's quite foggy, at least the sample from Barney's was like that.

one last suggestion is the californian haze from de rokerij, it is just what you are looking for I think, very fruity taste and very open minded clear high, makes you very talkative, if you can find the seeds of it though...

I will go for the Golden Tiger, really nice Sativa high. IMHO, the word that difinite's this strain is "perfect balance", a very clear Sativa effect, strong and but soft, progressive but no paranoid, so you can smoke more and go higher.

If you have the space and the time, witout a doubt run those sam skunk x haze. And take clones. There is a pheno that takes about 14 weeks to ripen. Very clear high, really stimulates the mind and really motivating. Others phenos take 10 to 12 weeks. Also incredible plants for the taste and powerfull effect. Despite being too foggy for me, i still wish i could get me hands on those nugs, just for the incredible flavors that truly came out during some vaporizer sessions. Going back to the 14 week pheno, if you find it and you appreciate that kind of "high", you are gonna keep her around for a long time.

Yes those beans are tiny, but i believe thats normal for them.

Oh, one more thing, that 14 week pheno will not yield for shit.
