Try it for yourself mate, it's dead simple and you can make oil from any trash - mouldy buds even. I like to put all the little stems from the middle of my buds in a half pint glass on my desk. When it's half full, I pour in some ISO, stir it with a pencil for 30 secs then strain it through a hanky onto a plate, purge it for half an hour et voila - a nice little bit of oil, maybe only 0.2-0.4g, but it's turned useless stalks and stems into pure headfuck mindcandy. Any qs you have about qwiso, fire away, I've been making loads of it lately and got my technique down pat pretty much. One other thing QWISO is good for is turning bad commercial or unflushed, badly burning bud into something highly desirable.
