If you get hired after passing a pre employment test, and they retest you during your employment, and you test positive, can they legally fire you?
My understanding is they can't, that they can only send you to a rehab school, maybe out of pocket, but that they can't fire you,because technically it's a disease, and therefore protected, addiction i mean...
is that true?????
