Just watched the K-1 live on HD net. Overeem's chin exposed again this time by Badr Hari.
Semmy looked a little rough this time out but held on to win it all.
Fedor will have no problems with Overeem, just hit him.
Great fights!

There is a good chance Brock will be back eventually.. Maybe with a foot less of intestine, and a few lbs lighter, but there is a chance.

I know two people who are dealing with the same issue he is.. One gets by on meds, and staying away from certain problem foods, and the other had surgery to remove the infected part of the intestine, and is now pretty much 100%...

So who thinks Kimbo is gonna get knocked out tonight??

both Kimbo and Houston are power punchers with less-than-solid chins. i think it all comes down to who lands the big shot in that fight. Houston has more advantages though...he knows how to kick.

Im really interested to see "The Darkness" vs "Meathead". smart money says that Marcus takes an arm back to the dressing room with him. he isnt gonna want to stand and bang too long, cause "Meathead" can punch real hard before he gasses out.

Love to see Big baby with a "W" but i just think Roy has too much experience to let such a big payday go by.

Houston seemed to be the "real deal" but has fallen way short IMO,would love to see Kimbo do his thing.

Mir will dominate as soon as it goes to the ground if he don't get cought with his shot.

Diego wont gas but Penn will find what it takes to keep his belly warm.

Fight of the night will IMO be Clay VS Kenflo....BANG FEST USA!!!

Unless i find a stream i will just be reading about it as every place around is over packed tonight.

Roy Big Country Nelson is the Ultimate Fighter, knocking out Brendan Schaub

Will be interesting to see what Dana White's reaction to all the "fat" stuff that happened during the main event. Nelson's entrance music was Weird Al Yankovic...."Fat"

I would have to gibe knockout of the night to Matt Mitrione , putting Big Baby to sleep

Yeah WTF was up with that entrance song? Wanted Schaub to win myself. But also glad big country won the fight while standing not laying his fat ass on top of the man.

Houston Alexander looked scared of Kimbo. But I think Kimbo's knee is really going to fuck his carrer as a MMA fighter.

Bummer Jones got DQ'ed he kicked Hamil's ass!!

Yeah Marcus Jones seems to have so much potential but he has a weak chin and he dosen't know how to protect it. His Jui jitsu though seems very solid.

McSweeny made boobies look like a punching bag. I can't stand McSweeny though he's just a prick.

Can't wait till next weekend Penn- Sanchez !! And Guida - Florian. Seen Guida at a concert this last summer a few weeks after the Sanchez fight. Was going to go say high but the wife told me to leave him alone.

Yeah when Roy hit Brendan so hard it spun him around and knocked him out before he hit the mat..........I was outta my seat (eventhough i was rooting for Brendan)! Brendan I believe still has a career in MMA

Can't wait for Tit-o and Chuck in the next ultimate fighter series. Sorry I despise Ortiz

Yup Ortiz just dosen't know when to shut his mouth and I enjoy it emensley when I see him get KO'ed. I wonder if chuck's dancing will help him fight better :biglaugh:.

I bet it did help some, Chuck actually looked a bit more toned up too in the one episode I saw of him in dancing with the stars.

And please someone tell Kimbo to shave that fungus off his face. All he would need would be a strip of hair on the top and he could be the next Mr. T.
Houston hasn't brought his A game since his first few fights in UFC. That was a good fight starting round 2...........guess the booing got them going LOL.

One last thing, was Ortiz intentionally trying to dress like a pimp? A dress would have been more appropriate............come on guys, anyone who marries Jenna Jameson is a joke in my book not to mention Procreate with her. Maybe he got syphilis and it's affecting his brain by now

of all the bullshit i saw the Hammil vs Jones fight was the worst.

taking a point for illegal strikes is one thing, but a DQ in this instance i believe is the wrong call. go back in your minds to the Cerrone vs Varner fight. that one was ended by an illegal strike too and it went to the cards. granted, it was a minute from going there anyway....but still it didnt end with a DQ. Jones was winning the fight on every level and i feel he got fucking robbed right there.

Guyute, you are correct when you say that Kimbo's knee is going to prematurely end his career. every opponent he faces is going to target it. they would be fools not to. if Kimbo really wants to try his hand in the UFC, major reconstructive surgery is in order.

while im on the topic of kimbo....that fight as a whole SUCKED. dancing around for the first 3 minutes of a round?? come on guys, this isnt dancing with the jackoffs.

Kimbo vs Alexander was very fail. i was literally shouting at the tv in that first round. lost a lot of respect for houston alexander. the fight could have been an epic battle. the fans got robbed imo.

i forgot to talk about the "Big Baby" vs "Meathead" fight. let me start by saying this. How could that giant of a man let them introduce him as "big baby"..."The Darkness" would have been a much better choice. as for the fight, both fighters were kinda exposed in this one. Marcus has a soft chin and Meathead has no gas tank.

as i see it Meathead is in better shape here. you can train and improve your cardio, but its MUCH more difficult to make your jaw tougher. sorry Marcus. i was rooting for ya, but i guess thats why they wear helmets in football.


last but not least, Roy Nelson. Roy, Roy, Roy.... you talked all the shit in the world on the show, good on you for finally backing it up. the wierd al intro and the burger king plug were 100% sheer win. (for those that are wondering, i WAS rooting for Roy in this one. it just goes to show that us fat fuckers can throw hands too.)
